People are nice, my tax preparer is very nice and knowledgeable. However, 3 weeks after they finished my tax, I didn’t receive any refund. I emailed and called them, they didn’t respond. I walked there and they told me it was a glitch in the software and my last name was spelled wrong. They resubmitted after 3 weeks again. Nobody notified me in 3 weeks!!!!? ?

Cathy not only made 2 errors in processing my taxes, it took her twice the time it would have for me to do them, she was rude on two different occasions, and their fees for to boot for this disservice, is enough for me to consider a law suit. You've been warned. Avoid these thieves at all costs.
