I ordered 100 SS to be shipped to Indiana. UPS damaged it along the way. They said they would be contacting the sender etc. etc. I contacted ICA, explained the situation, and they immediately sent me another one and said they would deal with UPS to get their reimbursement. Love 100SS and ICA. Great people to do business with.

Employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I love every product that I have purchased. Surge is great at unclogging drains, I will never waste my money on Drano again. I love the product Liquid Alive. It helps keep my drains smelling good and I also use it outside on my patio carpet and on my turf. Makes everything smell so good! 100 ss works great on everything. I clean my bathrooms, mop my floors, clean baseboards. I’ve also used a product called It Works to clean my shower tile. I tried multiple cleaning products from Walmart and nothing worked. I used this product and my shower tile looked brand new. I also like renting the carpet extractors from here. They work so much better than the ones I used to rent from home depot and are so much cleaner too. The Carpet/upholstery cleaner they sell work’s amazing. I add alittle liquid alive and my carpets look and smell amazing . Last but not least I love the product ring free. It will make your 10+year old toilet look brand new. This stuff is amazing. I’ve yet to buy a product that I haven’t liked . I highly recommended you go check it out for yourself!
