Horrible, waste of time, will ask you to resend documents 100 times then ask you to read it for them. Asked multiple questions before we started one of them being “is the payment going to be able to come out of the refund” and the answer from both people was “yes”. We sat down started 2 hours in didn’t know what he was doing AT ALL bosses had to come in assist and re-start whole process. Told us we would receive discount if not free return due to incompetence and time wasting. And then he tried charging us 600$ after wasting 3 hours of our time because he didn’t know what he was doing. Also ignoring his bosses statement and trying to make his paycheck bigger. Horrible customer service, no ability to even do the job.

Great place to get your taxes done.... Horrible place to work. This location is rancid with mold. On top of that they do NOT pay their employees.

I had an appointment with Nik Riedemann and got back about 3 times more than I anticipated. I did not know about the American Opportunity Credit, which he was able to thoroughly explain. My tax return came back in less than two weeks. Highly professional and hospitable.
