Eta: been coming here for years- they just refused to top off my oil even though I’m a long time customer that has been paying over 100 a pop for years. Y’all just lost a customer for life, and can thank Melissa.
They are great! Jimmy was super kind, let me know the scoop on everything and was super quick to boot. I couldn’t ask for a more positive experience, will be back.

Quick, professional and an all around great job. Joe, Pedro, and Timothy all did a solid job. Update to review, all of my tires were under inflated and tripped my tpms. They all measured about 27psi. Please check the calibration on your machines.

I felt like I was rushed through. I asked the attendant to check the oil, even though my notification was reading at 15% and he told me it was full and I didn't have anything to worry about. I've been taking my car there for the past 2 years, I will NEVER go back again. It was not busy or packed. I will be going somewhere else.

Joe was attentive, polite and professional the entire time. I really appreciate his attention to detail regarding my vehicle and to me- he noticed when I looked curious about something and tended to me immediately. I did have a question and he answered it quickly and stayed courteous throughout the whole interaction. Jiffy Lube normally has friendly staff but I wish everyone was like Joe! Keep up the great work Joe, and thanks!!
