JP,Edwardo, and Conrad were excellent in the information, knowledge of my vehicle. Their personalities were also excellent. They didn't rush me or try to sell me something I didn't want. But above all the reason I came to Jiffy Lube is because the first time I came here,they made me feel that it is Christian based. Which is what we need more of, Christian based businesses.

Conrado and JP were very helpful and knowledgeable for my car and very friendly and pleasant to talk to while I waited - not for long though as they are very efficient!

I took my car to get an oil change I was charged $80.00 for a full synthetic oil change. Jiffy lube lied and said they changed my oil. They never changed my oil. They charged me for it. I found out 2 days later I took my car to my mechanic and she asked when did u get ur oil changed I told her 2 days ago. She showed me the oil it was black and dirty it had not been changed. I am so angry with Jiffy Lube. They are crooks and deserve everything that is coming there way. I was a loyal customer. I will never go back. The one I went to was on oracle and ft. Lowell. Lazy men I'm so disappointed and angry that's 80 dollars out of my kids mouth. I'm a single parent and money is tight right now. Shame on u jiffy lube
