Jesse, the GM, was awesome! Not only did i get an oil change, but during inspection of my Hyundai, he found issues that needed attention ASAP! So polite, extremely knowledgeable and prompt as heck! I will definitely recommend THIS SPECIFIC JIFFY LUBE LOCATION to all our full-time RV friends here in Tucson.

After searching around town for the best deal, I went online for a coupon for my oil change. I called the location to ask about wait times and Jessie answered my questions and told me I could come over right away. It was very convenient. I was in and out. I trusted their recommendations. He had an additional coupon and applied it to my overall services. This was very helpful to me since it was not a pay week. I will definitely come back to the location on West Ajo For my next services! And for a quick check up before my spontaneous Rocky point trips :)

Jesse and his team are absolutely amazing. They are never aggressive in trying to oversell you things. They are very honest and I’ve educated me on my vehicle tremendously. I am so glad I found a place that provides wonderful customer service and does not take advantage of their customers, but respects and guides them through the process. I will only go to whatever Jiffy Lube, Jesse, and his team are working at from now on! Thank you, Jesse!
