I’ve purchased a variety of new vehicles in the past including Mercedes, Cadillac and GMC. The service I received from my salesman Jose Luis Gallardo and all of the representatives of Jim Click Jeep was second to none. I had no prior relationship with the dealership and they made it an easy decision to earn my business and make the drive from northwest Phoenix to Tucson and purchase my new ‘23 Jeep Gladiator. The dealership is one of the nicest I’ve been too and you felt you were a valued client of theirs from the minute you arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle again in the future and highly recommend them if you are looking to be treated professionally and respectfully in your purchase of a vehicle.

didn't pass emissions because of a check engine light. took my jeep to their mechanic and was quoted $2800 to fix it. So I paid that in good faith. After repairs light remained on so i took it back and gave them a chance to make it right and they came back with a quote for $2400 additional repairs. After talking to them I found out that the coil that claimed was the problem was $300 with labor. The rest of the money were things I never even asked them to do. Now they want thousands more. When I talk to them they just play d*** I really can't bad mouth them enough. They are the top absolute worst people. Never ever go here. Ever!!

I had José Luis from the beginning and he made my first car buying experience very easy, honest and straight forward. He stayed in communication with me and helped speak Spanish to my parents. Definitely made my first car buying experience less stressful and more exciting. Highly recommend!!

Had to take my Jeep in for a recall service and I am nothing but extremely pleased! Kevin was great the entire process! Great communication, and very friendly! Extremely quick and thorough! I was out of wiper fluid and I get my Jeep back and it had some in it! It’s the little things! Thank you guys so much!!

I purchased my Jeep from here and have not had one pleasant experience. I have the maintenance for life which means I get free oil changes and that is the only reason I come back. They have continued to make every interaction unpleasant. They never respond to texts or emails even when they reach out first. Even though I purchased my Jeep from them they never seem to write down that it is a diesel. They always advise me to have things done that don’t apply to my Jeep and then they come back hours later saying they’re wrong and it doesn’t actually apply to my Jeep. This is only after I’ve been waiting hours. Today was the final straw for me as I only came in for an oil change and they advised me to get something else checked that did not apply to my jeep. They came back two hours later after they told me it would only take an hour and a half telling me it didn’t even need what they suggested. I did however need a new fuel filter and they said lucky for me they had one left in stock. Extra lucky because they are on back order. After agreeing because it was 10,000miles overdue (even though I had been in multiple times to have things checked over those 10,000miles), they promised it would only be 30 extra minutes. It has now been over another hour with no sign of being done. I’m a breastfeeding mother so I’m quite frustrated because I do not have my baby with me or my pumps. If I had known this would be a 3+ hour appointment I could have planned ahead but at every point I was reassured it wouldn’t be much longer. I’m extremely uncomfortable. I would not normally write a negative review but I have not had one good experience here. I would recommend buying or getting a service anywhere else. (I do want to note my service advisor was kind and apologetic.)

The service department is a nightmare. I've been twice now & each time it's a hassle. The 1st time was for a simple oil change that was covered under my service plan that I paid extra for. I had to argue with the service advisor because he didn't seem to know what was covered under the plan & tried to charge me full price when the service was free. This information is all connected to my VIN number which I provided prior to the appointment. He wasn't a new employee & this should be basic knowledge for a service advisor. I had to ask for a supervisor to get it straightened out. The 2nd time was for simple items that were still under warranty but because their little computer couldn't find the problems I was describing (low fuel light & car play doesn't work), it was going to cost me extra for them to figure it out. It's under warranty. If it's extra work it's not my problem & shouldn't cost me a dime. They also wanted permission for the GM to drive my car to his house (in Vail minimum 60 miles round trip) & keep it overnight so he could verify the problem himself. Absolutely ridiculous request. Pretty simple stuff to figure out why the low fuel light doesn't work, it's usually one of two reasons & not necessary for the general manger to take my vehicle home overnight. But again, I had to argue with a service advisor to get them to do their actual job and figure it out. Taking your car in for service & warranty repairs shouldn't be this frustrating.

This was my first experience ever buying a vehicle and Jose helped me through every step! He was so helpful in answering all of our questions and giving me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself without any pressure. He made my entire experience much less overwhelming than expected and I cannot recommend contacting Jose enough if you’re looking for a new vehicle ?

I have been having issues with my air conditioner in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. It has been in the shop twice and each time I've had excellent service. The first time they worked on the air conditioner. The issue was it wasn't blowing cold air. A couple of days later I took it back because I was having another issue, but Kevin fixed that little issue, but he he noticed that the car was not blowing cold air and then it would blow hot air. So, he wanted to have the air conditioner rechecked.The first time they had it they had it for about four and a half days. Which it was blowing cold air doing what it was supposed to do but then all of a sudden it was blowing hot air, and making some kind of funny little noise and then it had a very bad smell.So Kevin, said he would feel better if the car was looked at again because of the problem with the air conditioner. So Kevin went above and beyond, and was able to get me a loaner Jeep while my Jeep was in the shop. I only had the loaner Jeep for about 2 days, but they went above and beyond what I had expected from other dealerships.Therefore, I want to thank the service department at Jim Click Jeep at the Tucson Auto Mall, and my auto advisor Kevin who went above and beyond what would have expected from any dealership. We've always been Ford, Lincoln, and Chevy car owners. However, I am now going to be a dedicated Jeep owner, due to what service and quality work I have received from Jeep Jim Click at the Tucson Auto Mall. I want to thank each and every employee for their dedication and exceptional work, as well as going above and beyond to help get me and vehicle back on the road, and working to where I would not suffer a heat stroke with no air conditioning.The two photographs are from when I purchased my Jeep. I just wanted to share my experience with Jim Click Jeep at the Tucson Auto Mall how well their employees are and how well they take care of their customers. They even have a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who actually gives a call back to find out how well my service experience was. I always gave them a thumbs up and a hundred percent. Perfect business to come get a Jeep that is comfortable for you. The staff is friendly and they always do their best. The service department does take some time, so set a special day to come to do any repairs to your vehicle to fix any issues but my Jeep was fixed at the end of the day. I am happy with the service in the end.

Itzel and Josh did a great job helping us find our new company car for our business! They really helped us get the best deal for our budget. The finance manager Arturo did a fantastic job helping us get the best warrant for our company car! We bought our personal jeep in 2019 and now we came back on 2023 to purchase our first company car!! So happy it was another great experience!!

Do not buy from Jeff or any of the sales reps at Jim click Chrysler and Jeep they are a fraud they do not stand by any other warranties are guarantees they'll give you the runaround and come up with lots of excuses why they cannot take care of you I've bought in four cars from there and I will never go back there again they used to be good over 5 years ago but now they're just trying to rip you off every way they can
