Just a little Deer Truck thing so I thought I'd get it done while in Tucson.
I'd used Jim Click Collision Center before with excellent results.
They were awesome! I had time issues and due to the insurance company dragging their feet I was in a nasty situation. They jumped on the truck as soon as they could and got it done quick and it looks great!

Everyone that works here was very personable and understanding. They worked quickly work my car and the insurance and made sure I was able to get my belongings before releasing it to a 3rd party.

My 2023 Hyundai Venue was sideswiped, lot of damage.
From Pete who did estimate , who was a dream to work with, to the men and women who did the body work and repairs on my car they all did an absolute excellent excellent job.

I own a new Ford raptor was rear ended in January . visited a few different body shops was not impressed. I decided on the dealership. This turned out to be an excellent choice for me. Marcel and Pete were great service advisors and made some extra effort to get back order. Parts rushed. The technician in the back that did the repairs steve is old-school with an excellent work ethic. I received my truck back and a compressor which an off-road shop had mounted very poorly was fixed as well as my swing case which was broken. Neither of these items were affected by the collision. They just fix them for me. Thanks to the team at Jim Click collision on South Wilmont

I usually don't love dealing with dealerships, but I had a great experience. Jose was on the ball and super polite, just a great guy. He called me to communicate even though he was pretty sick. And Curt, he is very skilled at his trade, he did a great job on my van. They even took it across the street for me to get worked on at the other side, for some other stuff they can't do. They did this so I didn't have to miss any work. So good job guys and I'm happy.

went to get an estimate the person have never heard a bumper to bumper warranty reall go but a car the next thing the dealer is also trying to sell is a bumper to bumper warranty yep never going there either

Extremely rude customer service, asking questions and they would assist me unless I had an appointment and their appointments were schedules almost a month out

I'm not speaking for all of the staff, but my Collision Rep. did not return phone call messages/emails, no good at giving updates or follow-ups. From her ordering parts and completing the repairs was a total of approximately 3 mos. Shop did quality work. But Coliision Rep. turned me away from using them in the future.

Jose and the office staff were amazing with communication, scheduling and insurance claims. I had to get rescheduled 2x due to my own schedule conflicts and they were east to contact and reset dates. Their body work and repairs are of quality work! Highly recommend.
