We couldn't have asked for a nicer sales person in Isaac. He was honest, willing to go the extra mile and his patience was wonderful for one so young. Five stars for him!On the other hand Luis in finance/contract not so much. He was all we are family until the next morning we were not completely happy with the vehicle. He was rude and his smile quickly left his face when we said we wanted to return the vehicle. Problem here is that change titles before the 3 days right to recision....it was a mess and we just conceded and took the vehicle. Am I happy with the vehicle, not so much, will I ever buy a vehicle from the Jim Click organization, absolutely not.It will be interesting if we here from the Click organization.

I had the pleasure of working with Isaac. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the cars he sells, but he also has a charming personality that makes you feel at ease during the buying process. Isaac was patient with all of my questions and concerns, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Overall, I highly recommend him as your car salesman.

The service team always does a great job for me. Service advisor Miguel L is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the Lyft ride home and they even delivered my repaired car to my home. That's great service!

Our experience with Jim, click Ford has been exceptional. Our sales consultant, Matt Palmer, kept in contact with us periodically as to the needs of our business vehicles. Matt was very professional and courteous. We certainly appreciate him keeping in touch year after year. A big shout out to Matt and the Jim click team. Outstanding!

Their service department is awful. An appoinment is not even a suggestion. If you bring it in thinking they will honor your time, forget it. They will take drive in's first. The warranty for life services take months to schedule. We have had our 2023 Ford F 150 in for service for a couple of minor warranty issues. The first time they kept it for 5 days because the body shop was backed up. But we had an appointment, right? Too bad. Just had to return the vehicle for the same issue. My husband called before to make the appointment and verified the vehicle would be looked at the day it was brought in and was assured it would be. He also mentioned that the could do a factory recall at the same time. Great! Brought the vehicle first thing, waited in a long line to get to the service adjuster. When going over what was to be done, we were told that the body shop was backed up and we might get the work done in, wait for it, 5 DAYS, from Thursday to (maybe) Monday. As others have stated, since Jim Click owns both Ford dealerships in Tucson if you want a Ford, think twice,

Craig Zingg was very helpful with showing me an Expedition and an Explorer. He was quite knowledgeable about all the positive points with both models. He worked with me and pointed out the newer changes that would work well with my lifestyle and expectations. He was also helpful with facilitating the trade-in with my truck. Matt Palmer, our salesman at Jim Click Ford, was the most helpful and honest and best car salesman ever. He helped us order and communicated our purchase every step of the way, showing us every option for us to decide for ourselves. We felt very comfortable with our purchase because of Matt. Finance guy could be better.

I don't know what to say other than if you have no other choice, like it's them or the junk yard, then maybe. I've tried twice over the last few years and the service is just terrible. I will not ever buy a Ford again because of this dealership. I take my vehicle there and then end up having nothing done and having to take it elsewhere.

I arrived for my 7:00am maintenance for life appointment at 6:55am and the representative outside didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. I then stood there for 10 minutes while other people pulling in after me were greeted politely and asked if they had appointments, checked in, odometers read, etc. I had to go inside and find a service advisor for someone to even see if I had an appointment. Eventually my service advisor came out, said about six words to me, took the keys and said they will call when the car was ready. I went in with my rear left tire psi low (there is a nail in the center tread). They topped off the air when they did the tire rotation but didn't inspect it aside from a few spins to check tread depth. I go to pick up my car, i find my service advisor, she hands me my paperwork and then my keys while looking at her cellphone and says "everything checked out. You're good to go." I asked "nothing about the nail in the back left tire?" She looks up and goes "nope" and then goes back to her phone. Here we are, a week later, and my front left tire is 6 psi lower than the rest. Also my windshield wiper needs to be replaced and I was hoping to just purchase it (and the tire) through Jim Click. Nothing was mentioned about that either.At least all my fluids were topped off and my oil was changed (I hope). I've bought 3 cars over the last 6 years through Jim Click/Holmes Tuttle. This experience has made me question if that's going to continue.

The service manager Peter Q is amazing. He is a professional and very nice guy! He was amazing at scheduling my appointment and getting my repairs done fast. He was honest and very funny and I wouldn't trust my car repair or maintenance to anyone other than Peter and Mr. Click.
