just wanted to recognize both travis (sales-bought the car in jan of this year) & jr nakatani (service). took my 2025 elantra in for a routine maintenance check on thurs. 10/30. travis did a great job in providing me a fantastic & excellent car of my dreams & jr took great care of me in answering all my questions & explaining when i needed to come back for the next routine check. pls. thank them both again for me & all the staff there. i love my car more & more every day!

We had a great experience with salesman Jerry Sanchez and finance guy Ryan Burwell. They explained options thoroughly and the decision making and purchase processes went smoothly and resulted in our purchase of a vehicle we are truly excited about. I'd highly recommend these guys and Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall dealership.

I am giving this dealership one star I I am supposed to come in on Monday to solve an issue that I'm having but so far the customer service and client relations service that I have gotten has been horrid. All with the exception of my family's salesman who had gone above and beyond to get us in a safe beautiful family vehicle. Update!!!! this place is horrible my car has been in the shop 3 times in the 6 weeks i have owned it. They are so unhelpful I wish I would not have ever gotten my car there

Absolutely awful experience. The customer service at Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall was soooo rude. From the second I walked in it felt like all they cared about was money, not people. No one really listened to what I needed, they just kept pushing more expensive options and talking over me. Super dismissive, super greedy vibe. I left feeling completely disrespected and honestly shocked at how little they seemed to care once they realized I wasn’t about to overpay for something I didn’t want. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Do better.

This dealership has caused me nothing but pain. I trusted them during a vulnerable time in my life, and they took advantage of me in ways I’ll never forget. Instead of honesty and compassion, I was met with cold sales tactics, dismissiveness, and even bizarre, unprofessional conversations that had nothing to do with helping me. The car I left with has been nothing but problems, but what hurts more is how little they cared once they had my money.
Every visit here reminds me of the mistake I made and how small and unimportant they made me feel. It’s not just shady — it’s crushing to realize a business can treat people this way. I would never want anyone else to go through what I did. Please think twice before trusting them with something as big as a car purchase, because the regret never goes away.
This dealership sold me a car that left me over $10k upside down, and after two years of paying faithfully (over $13k so far), they now refuse to even speak to me about options. The very same place that put me in this financial hole won’t lift a finger to help me out of it. It’s devastating to realize the people you trusted only cared about making a sale, not the long-term impact on your life. Every time I think about it, I feel sick to my stomach. They didn’t just sell me a car — they sold me years of stress, regret, and hardship. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Bought a car from here around 2018, was a great place to be buying a car from. Amazing people, great service and service advisors. COVID ruined the place and ever since they haven't been able to recover. The service manager is not hiring good competent service advisors. I've been yelled at and hung up on, and to be honest seems like Jim Click is about to be going under with how this dealership is performing. I can't even book service appointments on the website.

I took my car to get repainted a month ago. I picked it up today at 11 am and the car looked great! When I went to get gas they still had the gas cap and surrounding are covered in tape. Not a big deal but weird. And then I went at 3pm to get groceries. When I opened my trunk for the first time since I got the car I opened the trunk and there was a loud pop..I assumed it was from the trunk not being opened for a while? But when I went to close the trunk, it won’t close. It goes down half way and sticks there…and now I can’t get ahold of anyone…pretty disappointed.

Being a new Hyundai customer, I was a bit nervous about my first Service appointment at Jim Click. However, I was very pleased with the service I found at the new Click facility. Beautiful facility and some very pleasant and professional staff. JR, my Service Advisor is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He answered all my questions and made some excellent suggestions. I could not be more pleased. Loved the Fast, efficient service. Very glad I made the switch to Hyundai!

I bought by 2015 Hyundai Tucson here several years ago. I’m having the engine issues common to these cars. I have repeatedly emailed them for assistance. They have not responded to any of my emails. So yea they are great when selling you the car but completely unavailable when you need their help.

Akram made buying a car from out of state super easy and straightforward. Sales manager Jenn was also great to deal with. The pricing was straightforward and no last-minute add-ons were attempted like with other dealerships. The staff were honest and helpful from start to finish. Akram continues to help me with the car even after I bought it.
