Dropped my car off to get an oil change. I started calling at 4 pm too see if it was ready to pick up. No one answered so I left a message. I continued calling for 2 1/2 hours and still no one answered or returned my call. The service dept has closed at 7pm for years and according to the website it still does. Well that's not true. I get there a little before 7 and they were closed so I could not get my car. I understand people get busy but I needed my car to get to work. I feel that maybe there should be an automated system where you can enter your license plate # or something letting you know your car is ready (Like when you call the pharmacy for a prescription) so you don't there just to find out they're closed early. Or maybe have a designated service agent call customers to let them know vehicles are ready for pick-up. They could switch on and off for the day. Just a suggestion.

The drop off and pick up process was quick. However, the next day I noticed my tire pressure was uneven and not where it should be. It’s been several weeks and I still get the “needs service alert” every time I start my car. I’ve emailed responded to surveys and even called and left a voicemail and haven’t heard back. I worry that my tires were not rotated and filled and if that’s the case was my oil change done?

Best customer service in decades!!! With the exception of the MiraCosta Disneyland Resort Hotel in Tokyo, Japan I have not had this level of expert customer service is a long time. Taylor W. is one of the best sales consultants I have worked with in any industry. She took the time to understand our needs and what we really wanted to accomplish, while providing expert advice along the whole process. Taylor was knowledgeable and technically accurate answering all the questions we had with the 2024 Tucson we ended up purchasing. Her patience and helpful nature made it one of the most pain free and enjoyable customer service experiences we have encountered. Along with Taylor we also got outstanding attention and customer engagement from Satchell in Finance, Kevin the General Sales Manager and Scott the General Manager. Satchell clearly explained all the possible add on options available so we could make the most educated decision. The management of Kevin and Scott have made Jim Click Hyundai Eastside a great place to shop for a vehicle and I will be recommending Taylor W and that whole staff from today on. My last 9 vehicles were Toyotas and Mercedes but I will not hesitate to engage with Taylor and the staff at JC Hyundai East for a future purchase.Ken and MarciaTucson, AZ

Bought my used car here recently. I like the car, it's not perfect and they skipped some work they said they did on it but considering how difficult it is to buy a specific car you want during these times with this market I was willing to go through with my purchase considering my not so great experience here. Kevin and his team did a few things that were red flags and bad business practices. This is also some advice if you choose to buy here.First sketchy issue pre-purchase was I asked for the CarFax because the version they used with a different company wasn't very detailed. Kevin said "we don't do carfax" which I found strange... what dealership isn't willing to do that? So I start going through the process and pay $35 myself just to get detailed history. As I am doing that Katrina who was working directly with me told him, and he comes over with a weirdly printed "carfax" that did not include all the pages and was zoomed in and cut off for certain things... one of those things being damage that happened to the vehicle! I decided to lookup my own carfax and there it was- damage history that was not disclosed to me. I was frustrated because I found this out after we negotiated a price. I asked to negotiate further since anytime there is a record of damage the value as well as resale value goes down. They weren't willing to work with even $200 off . They acted like they didn't know there was damage and that I was crazy for being upset about that.Next after I buy the vehicle and drive off in it.. 15 mins in there is a strong burning smell. Which is of course concerning. After taking my money they weren't as responsive or attentive. I take it to them and they checked it and sprayed insane amounts of COLOGNE in my car! So much of it in the air vents! I drive off and Immediately get a migraine and nausea from the ridiculous amount of cologne! This also left me concerned because obviously they were trying to cover up the burning smell! I drove it back and asked them to remove the smell cause I can't drive with it. They couldn't get rid of it and said the mechanic Edgar doesn't know what he did... really? I don't believe that at all. Luckily the burning smell only occurred 2X and was likely due to cleaning chemicals they used under the hood.Third issue is I was told they would fix the chip in the window next morning after buying. I arrive and "they forgot" which was such a waste of my time. They detailed it then which wasn't worth the drive or my time. I never go to that part of town so I asked if they could make me an appointment to get it done somewhere near me which they agreed but I had to keep asking for the appointment. The window repair place said repairing it could possibly crack the windshield further where a replacement might be needed. I call the dealership about the situation and they said they will only pay for repair & not a new windshield. So it's up to me if I want to risk it breaking.Fourth issue: I take it for a second and more thorough inspection at a different place due to burning smell and lack of confidence in this dealership and the transmission was not serviced by this dealership. Their paperwork said it was and their warranty should take care of any transmission issues but they did not offer to fix it. It had a couple other issues which I am taking care of currently. So my advice if you choose to buy here is do immense homework, get your own carfax, ask them not to put scents in your car lol, and take it to a trusted mechanic for a detailed *thorough* inspection, and have the dealership fix the issues before you pay for it, otherwise they'll keep blowing you off and gaslighting/manipulating. I personally would not recommend this place and plan to never return.

Jim Click has proved itself to be a very professional dealership. We have been treated very well and our purchase has been handled with appreciation. We enjoyed working with Taylor Warne, our sales person, and Ralph our service adviser

My experience here was awesome! My salesman Zach understood what I wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into anything more. My finance guy Satchel went extremely above and beyond to get me the most on my trade in to get my deal done! I drove away as one happy customer. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys!

Reasonable sales experience but horrible since then. Difficult to make service appointments. Salesman thinks that he is the intermediary between myself and service department. The lot attendant was not on site when I picked up my vehicle so they owed me a tank of gas and detail. I discovered poor tint on window so we scheduled a date for repair and the salesman was supposed to schedule the detail for the same day….he did not. I also told him about a scratch on my steering wheel and asked him to have service look at it…..they did not. A couple of days before my appointment for the tint my wife discovered discoloration on the display in my vehicle so I mentioned it the service manager. The salesman said they would order a replacement…..no one has contacted me and now he is ghosting me. Very poor customer service.

Great place to get your car serviced but only if you deal with the service manager Prince Bradley. He makes your experience very enjoyable and stress-free. I have never had an issue getting in to have my car serviced within a timely Manner even when they were short staffed as far as mechanics. I will only deal with Prince Bradley when taking my car in to get serviced. A+++ keep up the awesome work Prince.

Had an amazing car buying experience. My husband and toddler and I worked with Tim. He was very patient with us, even though the sale made him stay quite late on a Saturday night. There was no pressure to purchase a car. We had already looked for a car the weekend prior and decided to wait. When we came in, he even went all of the way across town to look at a vehicle at one of their other dealers with us. The entire experience was very smooth and simple. Everyone seemed to really care. I have bought many cares in my life, but this was, without a doubt, the absolute best experience I have ever had. I would definitely use Tim for future car purchases. Thank you so much!!! We love our new car :)

Bought the worst car of my life from them 6 years ago and it's been a nightmare ever since. Paint peeled off in chunks the size of my hand and nobody was responsible. Had to fight for 6 months to get an engine replacement. Jim Click Hyundai East had my car for over a month for the replacement. Within a week of getting it back, the check engine is on again and nobody cares. The earliest they can get me in is 2 months out...after having my car for a month...with the check engine light on. That's what you can expect here. Calls and emails are not returned. Have to drive 45 minutes every time I need an answer for something because it's the only way to make contact. Hyundai Corporate is even worse. Will never buy a Hyundai or from Jim Click again.

I bought my 2020 Tucson at this location, the sales team is great but the service area, not so much. Twice now I have tried to make an appointment to use my maintenance for life package and they can't get me in for a routine oil change for over a month?? How does that make any sense? I think you guys need to step up your game.

We stopped by the dealership on a Friday night to test drive a Tucson and a Santa Fe. Our Sales person Katrina was very helpful, unfortunately we were hit by a major monsoon which required us to come back the next day. Upon returning the next day we worked with Katrina to hammer out the price of our new Santa Fe. We love the car, Katrina was great to work with as was the sales manager and the rest of the staff. We enjoyed the experience and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to our friends or family.
