Ordered from DoorDash. Their Cajun chicken sandwich. I have the same sandwich at which wich , firehouse and sub and never was I delivered a sandwich with parts of the chicken still frozen. I kid you not when I took that crunchy bite , frozen pieces of chicken wasn’t what I was expecting. Health hazard and needs to be reported to the authorities. Never eating at any jimmy John’s again.

If I could leave a 0* review I would. I have attempted to order from this location at least 6-7x in the past 2-3 months. Every time I have been met with excuses after excuses. Today I was finally able to get an order in, after over 45 minutes my order was still showing it was being prepared, so I called, and was told they were down to 1 driver, which was causing the delays, and my order was on it's way. 2 minutes later my order was marked as complete and delivered. Another 30 minutes after that, I was called by the store, and told their driver was in an accident and would not be able to complete my delivery. While my sympathy goes out to their driver if they were in an accident, after several attempts at an easy dinner, and being fed excuses instead of sandwiches... it begs the question. Why is a company listed on doordash if they're not using doordash dashers? Why is there no other alternative than a refund? Why have I been waiting nearly 2 hours for a sandwich to be delivered literally right up the road? This is genuinely, and consistently been the worst customer service experience I have ever been provided. The likelihood I will ever attempt to order from this location again is slim to none. Can my credit be deferred to a different location for this evening's order? I don't know if it's an issue with this company at large, or this location specifically. But there are major issues going on here...

Decided to have a quick dinner here a few days ago, and thought I'd have Jimmy Johns, since I don't come here as often as I used to when I was living in Colorado a year ago.Food:This sandwich is my go-to for almost every occasion and when I want dinner. Tasted good, so no complaints.Temperature:Perfect as it wasn't too cold or to hot. I like my sandwich just right :)Atmosphere:Upon entering the location, the store was empty, and an employee was on the left side of the entrance table just on his phone and doing paperwork of some sort. The employees were nice, but often time looked disinterested in the customer experience, but I could of caught them on a bad day. They were still nice though. Value:Still a great value for solid subs. Especially because the quality is good here, so no complaints. I genuinely am pleased when I visit jimmy john locations.Recommendation:Honestly, the food is good. It's what you expect from here. The only thing I might add as a recommendation is employee to customer interaction being a bit more engaging, but as I mentioned earlier this could of been an off day, so the benefit of the doubt goes to the employees this day.

I absolutely love this store, i always come here on saturdays and the manager Hamza is the nicest person ever. He is always polite and always gets my order right, if anything is wrong he is more than willing to fix it without any pushback, the crew is extremely fast and efficient and i always get my order on time.

Not "Freaky Fast" today. Yes I went during the lunch hour rush but it should not have taken over 23 minutes to get two sandwiches. According to my receipt I ordered at 12:34 and checked my phone as I was walking out and it was 12:58. The employees were nice and the food was good but the whole reason I chose Jimmy John's today was for a "Freaky Fast" lunch and it just didn't happen. I didn't see any large catering orders leave as I was waiting, just others like me walking out with one or two sandwiches.

I come to this JJ regularly for lunch or dinner because it’s close to home and I love the food! The staff is always super friendly for walk ins & gets my food out fast each time (really good customer service). I have also ordered delivery as well, my food is always dropped off super quick in comparison to ordering thru door dash and so yummy when I get it. I will continue going and recommend this restaurant to anyone it’s so good!

Ok, I'm blown away today.To be clear I like Jj's subs.This is the same shop I've visited for years now. It's placement is perfect for a quick stop on the way home from work. Today my breath has been stolen.I can no longer afford to here.1 little ranch cup now costs $1. That is friggin crazy!To add bacon it now costs 4.50! That's the cost of a small sandwich at Safeway!Is the bacon made out of friggin gold?What's the deal Jimmy?I can't afford to eat at a sandwich chain with my family anymore. How sad is that!Come on JJ, you're getting greedy!

One of my all-time favorite chain dining experiences. The service is always fast, friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean, and although the parking directly in front of the store's front (west facing) is rather treacherous at times due to being narrow and low visibility, not mention unattentive drivers coming from both directions, it is a great location. Directly east of the now almost completely extinct Foothills Mall. I recommend the Italian Night Club (#9) sandwich.Vegetarian options: You can customize any of the sandwiches but they offer several veggie sandwiches.Kid-friendliness: Wooden booths, and a hight table are fine for all but the youngest of children.Parking: Can be dangerous due to other drivers lack of awareness and narrow layout. Park on the North or South sides of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps available to the North and South.

All the dudes that worked there were super friendly, and quite chill! Food was excellent, calm but busy atmosphere, honestly all I could ask for during my 1-hour lunch. ??
