I liked the variety in the store, some shelves weren't fully stocked. I don't mind that. I got exactly what I wanted. But the cashier was extremely angry or something.
What on earth? I still am upset by her after I went there yesterday. I see other people have said the same thing. She didn't say anything other than the usual but her attitude was just awful. I thought maybe she didn't like me, but I guess that's just how she acts. Will check out other stores instead next time.

Invest in self checkout or more cashier's. One cashier with a line of 15 people waiting for 20 minutes to check out. Really discourages shopping here. Pro tip, go with someone else and have them get in line right away while you shop

It was poorly stocked, it was literally dirty, every single employee EXCEPT the older lady at the fabric counter was not welcoming, not professional, and not even pleasant. one was even openly hostile - making passive aggressive comments to the only other customer in the store because i told the fabric lady no. it was my first stop for black friday, and i can see why it was only me and my party, and 2 other customers in the store.

/24 I reluctantly had to go back to this store for material and was pleasantly surprised. The store has been cleaned up and there are new, knowledgeable employees around for assistance! So thankful we can all shop in this place again!…… ….
I have to go to this store frequently (Tucson AZ on Oracle) but it’s never a pleasant experience. Store is always a mess, floors are never swept and always dusty, dirty, material is handing on the floor, sewing notions are never restocked and what is there all over the bottoms of display rather than on hooks. Doesn’t ever look like the store is straightened from the day(s) before. Also extremely low staffed. Yesterday, I was there and the nicest guy assisted me but he was obviously new. Thank you to him!
Joanne’s- make cleaning your store a priority! And keeping your store stocked so when we go there, things are actually there and easy to find, please and thank you. Yesterday, I left without buying anything.

bad. bec my mom comeiin she need help but they don't want to help her she ask for a yard. to be cut they said they won't do then they. said they don't have to help her customer service I was upset because they didn't do sewing class anymore

The service was great considering it's another holiday season. The shelf's were full of all kinds of stuff, just too many to mention. We never shop without coupons because the prices are just high. The Company should just keep the prices down without the hassle of playing "what's on sale with a coupon" every time.
