I originally spoke with Gabby on the phone and she was professional yet fun and even laughed at my jokes. When I went there the next day she was MIA but Diego helped me which was a total pleasure as well. I bought a pair of Birkenstock sandals that were $30 less than advertised on The Birkenstock site. Also if you sign up for Journeys newsletter you'll get another $10 off. I think I found my new go-to shoe store! 😄

Rude and apathetic employees!!!! Abby was too busy flirting with her geriatric customer to even acknowledge my presence. She then lied about being a manager when confronted. Actual co-manager, Diego, came across as put out that someone who wanted to spend more money was wasting his time speaking about a negative experience. Apparently I wasn't old or white enough for Journey's to value my business. My green money spends just like your preferred white clientele. Thank you FOOTLOCKER for treating me with common courtesy, basic respect, and making it easy to make a purchase!

Your employee assured my wife multiple times that the doc Martin's she spent close to $200 on were nonslip, she again asked to make sure that they were nonslip and could wear them as work shoes and employee proceeded to tel us yes that they were.
Come to find out my wife slips and falls multiple times at work on her first night wearing them. Completely embarrassing.
Employees should be somewhat familiar with the shoes they are selling. What a waste of money

I placed an order and they send it to the old address and blamed it on FEDEX. After being fixed by journeys. 3 orders with the same issue until they told me I lost the last one. THAT IS THE LAST ORDER I WILL PLACE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ALWAYS SAME PROBLEM

This store has the most kindest employees, THEY ARE ALL friendly, and give great customer service. Lindsay the manager does an amazing job with assisting answers questions on shoes etc...They are even honest. I left one of my bags in the store by accident, with expensive merchandise from another store, realized laterI had forgotten on the chair, went to the store and they put it away for me, and gave it back. Thank you again for doing that.I highly recommend this store!

Went in park place location. Was not greeted and neither employee asked if I needed help. I went as far as to pick up the shoe I wanted still no help. I young female walked in wearing short shorts and a half shirt one of the employees walked past me and helped her. I will jot go back I found the behavior rude and uncalled for.

This store is just wonderful let’s just put it that way. After picking out some shoes we had some card troubles and Lindy had no problem keeping our two year old occupied. She was so lovely, helpful, friendly, and kind. We thank you for your kindness, we very much enjoyed our shopping experience.!

Took my very picky 11 yr old daughter for black boots. CAM was extremely professional and worked very hard to find her the right shoe, size he was back and forth lol. Even though he was wearing a mask I'm sure he did it all with a smile ! Lots of cute shoes for kids .
