I was very disappointed as there shoe department was depleted and I couldn’t find the shoe I needed. I would say that only 60% of there shelves were stocked and I couldn’t find an associate to ask for assistance.

The best part of shopping kohl southeast is being taken care of by Steph! She's a huge asset to this store. She's friendly, helpful and professional. Sales associates are friendly and helpful. Selection of items are appealing and I can comfortably walk through aisles that are spacious and not overcrowded with items as some other department stores are. Appropriate number of cashier's with the number of customers in line which makes checking out quicker, thank you.

Pricing strategies changed drastically, and now the credit card will be serviced by Capital One! One of the biggest robbers in credit history!
