Family owned and operated, they are excellent! Ive been coming here about 9 years. Husband, Long does nails.. the best care I've ever received. I often get compliments on my nails. And he is very quick, too. Tiffany, his wife gives the best pedicure in town...even caring for ingrown nails professionally. I've recommended them to lots of friends who were pleasantly satisfied, as well. Relaxed and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this nail establishment for over 20 years. Long & Tiffany are amazing. The shop is clean & sanitary. I have never had any problems with fungus, which is the initial reason I went there. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!

Staff told me about dip nails & I will never go back to gel & they came out beautiful! They also have better colors & designs than other salons! Great experience :)

I rarely give 5 stars. That being said, I am very satisfied with my full set of nails. I found Kolb Nails after waiting 40 min for an appt I had made elsewhere. I got tired of waiting and was heading home when I spotted Kolb. I was treated very well as a walk in and the price was just right. I got a lovely set of nails. I made appointments for me and my friend to come back for a "girls day" in a couple of weeks.

I have been to several nail salons in Tucson and haven't been happy with the job any if them have done until I went Herr. Long was great
He listened to what I wanted done and did it well. I will be back!

Worse dip manicure I’ve ever had. A gentleman started my manicure and another woman had to come and finish because he didn’t know what he was doing. She admitted to me they don’t do dip manicures often. I wish they would have mentioned that when I called to make my appt. I expressed my unhappiness and they apologized but charged me full price. I also had a shellac pedicure that turned out okay. I will not return and do not recommend.Services: Pedicure

I will never return to this place. It's felty. I was going for a face waxing and ended up in in a room with limited space. Not only was dirty, but the bed with sheets and pillow case hasn't been remove for years.

Update to my first excellent review. The young lady, Tiffany, who did such a great job on my first visit does not want to hear you tell her what you like, or to ask her please not to just nip your nail down in the corner, rounding it on your toes if you have ingrown toenails because that's not the way to combat them. That makes it worse. She clearly doesn't know how to take care of ingrown toenails, so she just should not try, nor should she tell you that she does. I have a feeling that her sister-in-law might be better at that. She got offended and said she thinks she knows what she's doing, and then she proceeded to do a really crappy job on my fill, acting very annoyed the whole time. She takes things personal when she shouldn't, and doesn't want to listen to you if you have specifications that you like. We are paying customers and we have every right to ask you to do something a certain way. I won't go back because I was so uncomfortable and it was a negative experience. When I went to get a fill somewhere else, after a week, because that's how bad of a job she did, the woman was really surprised at the kind of job she did, and I told her where I got it done. She just shook her head. So, don't make her mad, or she'll do a really crappy job for you. Additionally, I found Kolb Nails to be incredibly filthy dirty and I'm pretty sure they don't use proper cleaning techniques. I don't think they care enough to do that. Also, there is hardly any selection of polish. Everything is dirty and messy and I was surprised that anyone would keep their business like that.

My daughter and I went in to get acrylic sets put on. Mine was basic with polish and my daughter did white with a black tip. 1) he did not push my cuticle back so I have polish on my my skin OR some nails look like I need a fill already. 2) there was glue on the side of my nail that I had to pick out until it came off. 3) there was polish all under my nail. 4) the black part of my daughters nail was blotchy on the sides and 5) when we would ask of something could be done (like a design) we were told how long it would take and some things there wasn’t enough time?… I ended up taking my daughter to my nail place and had them redone. Will never use again.
