Room was not very clean, and had a dirty odor. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair from previous guests. The landscaping crew started running gas powered equipment, right outside the sliding glass door at 6:45 a.m. making it impossible to continue to sleep. Called the office to file a complaint and was hung up on. Went to the office to file the complaint and the manager could have cared less. We will never stay at another La Quinta.

Stayed there fir a week, had to have a procedure done, no big deal but rest and ac a must. I have 2 small dog love their kennel pad and house trained. 1 not fixed yet, so I had pad so no mess, and I know they knew about the dogs be abuse my church paid for it.No complaints up until this point lovely stay nice staff, I only asked for towels and we clean up after urselves.this morning we got a knock at the door, and was told that we were supposed to check out the day before???? And when I said one momentI. Sure this was just an o ersight, let me make a phone call, she said they knew nothing about y dogs and we needed to get out, then when the representative of my group came down they told her the room was a mess, and thats why we had to leave. Now i realized that last night there had been a complication with my proceedure, and i had to leave un an ambulance, no police were called, i left in an ambulance due to a medical problem, its not like i overdosed or something. ., so ii hope it wasn't of those ose things, but I used to be hotel mSe and they are not going to have to do more than if I had stayed a single night. So I don't know why the sudden rude Ness or the change in story, but the room was excellent. The staff friendly until then.

I love the location but that’s about it. We’re visiting our AZ family we havnt seen in years. The staff made the experience some what uncomfortable. They were pretty strict on pool rules. Which is okay but they try to get you out aa early as possible. Our keys constantly didn’t work so walking to the front desk with the whole car in our hands everytime was slightly irritating, but the lady seemed irritated we even asked to code it for us. Our stay was 6 days. We had breakfast early every morning. Minus 2 days, we were running a little behind. My parents had been busy driving us all across the state and decided to sleep in one morning. They sent out my little sister to bring back some breakfast. I don’t know what the rules are about this so it’s hard to know if she was in the wrong. However, my parents are super sweethearts people who deserve breakfast in bed if they want it. At 8:55am my step mom popped in to make a waffle for our picky eater. The cook had went out of her way to explain she can’t make food at 8:55am and she needs to come in earlier, regardless making a waffle takes 3minutes. Okay easy request in that case. However, she makes her way over to my sister and states “this isn’t an all you can eat Buffett.” Mind you she’s been struggling with her weight and truly doesn’t eat a lot. It was for my father. She said this in front of everyone in the room. My sister was extremely embarrassed. Next, there was a lady sitting next to her table and the same cool walked over to another customer with a lap top. She was wearing a sports bra not much different then a bathing suit.. and loudly in front of the room she told the lady she wasn’t aloud to wear that sort of thing in the breakfast area. You can tell she was also embarrassed by how it was presented in front of everyone. I wanted to speak up on this matter becuase it’s not okay too treat people so un kindly. You really hurt my sisters feelings, I’m glad it wasn’t in front of me. Please let her know my sister doesn’t want too go back out there the rest of the trip. She could’ve had a bad day, so there’s always room for understanding. If anyone else has experienced this please come fourth ❤️ I hope for a better day tomorrow!

FILTHY DIRTY !!! It smells, the grounds are littered with cigarette butts, homeless people with their cart in the courtyard, doors don't close on the furniture and the carpet was wet, from what I don't know but GROSS. This place is disgusting and they do not care, Corporate doesn't care and the Manager doesn't care. Wyndham Hotels has failed miserably and they do not care. Spend another 20$ and go to Hampton Inn right behind them on Wilmont, it's clean! There is no option for ZERO stars.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly. However, the increase of the deposit to $100 in addition to the room rate is a bit high. While I can afford it, many cannot. Also, the only suites are on the second floor and there is no elevator. My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and has trouble with stairs. Because of this, we may need to consider staying elsewhere in the future. If the increased deposit isn't an issue for you and you don't desire a suite, this is a nice choice on the Eastside of Tucson.Nearby activities: Park Mall is a couple of blocks away and many restaurants are nearby.

The room was nice clean and almost worth the money for the room except the customer service aspect was way to nosey and way to concerned with what we were doing,as we were visiting family we had strangers in the room but we paid for that not staying the night but over after the

Darrion checked me in at 3 am when I'd been traveling all day. He was wonderful to interact with in the middle of the night. Thank you for making it a smooth check in so I could get some sleep before finishing my drive. The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable.

Please do not stay here! If you must, then ask for copy of "RULES" Before you make reservation. First this is nasty. They do not clean rooms, if you want clean towels you must go to front desk and exchange. Trash must be left outside door for pick up (sooner or later). problems with door locks short on staff so must wait for someone to open. 45 minutes with hot food is not as planned. No real place to walk dog, must walk around building, giving you plenty of time to meet drug dealers, homeless and pimps. There is not one good thing to say about this "LAQUINA" has been my favorite chain till now. Also two floors... No elevator!

We checked in on a Saturday night and had a 7 night stay. The front desk told us that we would get a room refresh every day with new towels, etc, except the next day since they were short staffed. They also stated we could come anytime and get new towels if we needed them. We did not receive any new towels from a housekeeping refresh one time. Garbage was never removed, and toilet paper not stocked. We mentioned to the front desk a few days into our stay that we weren't being given any new towels. They told us that we had to be put on the service list if we wanted any new towels. We couldn't believe what we were hearing. We waited a few days for our name to be updated on the list. Still didn't receive any towels. We went to the front desk again to get towels and mentioned we haven't once received new towels or trash removal. We told them we obviously didn't get put on the list. The front desk clerk had no idea what I was talking about since there is no such list for service. All rooms are supposed to get service. She instructed me to throw the mountain of towels outside my room so housekeeping could actually do something. There were also 4 bags of garbage when we left since it had never been emptied. We had 2 rooms at this hotel and spent over $1600 and had to get new towels every day. The shower was also broken when we arrived and was supposedly fixed by maintenance. It was not fixed, and my husband had to remove broken rubber grommets for the water to even flow. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I definitely didn't feel like I was on vacation having to go to the front desk every single day.

Choose a different hotel. Parking lot is not well lit. Facilities are very dated. Door to room was difficult to shut enough to lock it. Toilet ran periodically throughout the night. Very noisy location- traffic and music. Breakfast was juice and instant oatmeal as they were out of pretty much everything else. An employee was sleeping at one of the dining area tables. It took 15 minutes to receive a receipt when I checked out. Go somewhere else.

Had a first floor room by the pool. First thing I noticed was the vomit on the patio area outside the door, they did clean it up after I called though. I'm afraid to use the shower in my room because the ceiling is about to fall in it, went to go relax in the hot tub after a long day of work and it smelled like a septic tank and was brown colored. Didn't even try to get in, rooms are very old and outdated with lots of usage damage on everything. I would not even recommend this hotel to my enemies.

Just checked into our room that we ended up paying $156 a night for. The room was not cleaned, I had to call and advise the front desk that when I walked in it smelled of a mixture of cigarettes and air freshener. Also this hotel DOES NOT do a late check out what so ever. The pictures on the website look nothing like the rooms that you are given. The towels look like hand towels. We have stayed here in the past, but this time I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Even afraid to lie down on the bed.... ? I would add pictures but don't see an option to do so.

Reserved a King Bed room about 2 weeks in advance. Got to the hotel to check in and they said they didn't have a King available for me and gave me a room with 2 double beds. Kinda small for a couple to sleep in one bed. But we made it work. We were on the second floor... no elevator. The room was OKAY, but a little sketchy. The vent in the bathroom had thick layers of dust. Otherwise it was a clean room, decently comfortable beds. The front door doesn't latch (goes to the outside) so that was a little unnerving. Lots of outside noise.Walkability: No elevators

Checking in and out was fine. The front of the place was clean. Around back it wasn't. It was unkempt. I didn't feel like my room had been cleaned. The tub was dirty, the bathroom sink hadn't been washed out, the table that had the coffee maker and supplies hadn't been cleaned, and my bedside table had sticky rings from whatever. It was late at night and I was exhausted, and I was grieving the loss of my baby brother. That's why I didn't leave immediately. Luckily I always carry clorox wipes with me. I used the whole tub. I wasn't sure if the sheets were clean or not. I had my doubts. I spread two of the towels over it and tried to sleep. On a good note, the towels were clean. I do not recommend this place, and I won't be staying here again.

Well, it ain't the W. However, the price isn't too terrible (105+fees+tax at the time of this writing). The rooms are good size. The lady at the front desk was very polite, informative, and attentive. I mostly just picked it because of the pet policy because I'm traveling with a large dog who is a better citizen than most humans but he looks scary so it's tough to get a place for him. The place clearly shows it's age. The room was mostly clean-ish, not really complaining. They could have done better but I'm only staying 12hrs so I can't care all that much. The place is pretty secure, all room access appears to be through the lobby which is covered in cameras. My only real complaint is the mold on the bathroom ceiling (pictured).
