This place is absolutely unprofessional. I called to book an appointment and was told to just walk in. When I get here, I was informed that I should have booked an appointment. She asked who I spoke to and if it was this place that I called. First, yes it was this building but I didn’t take the persons name as I expect a company to have their information straight. The front desk representative also had a major attitude. I’m happy that this is the only time I have to visit this place. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Refuses to do walk-ins, even if there is no one in the waiting room in the middle of the day.

Worst service I've ever had!!! Walked in, one person finishing at desk. Otherwise office was empty.
Asked to schedule a lap draw as sign out front said by apt only.
Person at desk told me to go outside and call number on sign out front to make an appointment.
Called number - "Sorry we are unable to help you, systems are down, call again later".
Went back in and no one was available... Called for help please....waited...nothing... finally left!

A man was waiting 30 minutes after his scheduled appt. He received a text message stating it was his turn and was turned away from the counter. The staff was o early rude to this gentleman while they were joking around on their cell phones. After he was turned away the desk clerk had the audacity to say out loud ay dios mio. Such a lack of professionalism and poor customer service should not be tolerated.

My wife had an appointment for 8:15. She did the pre-check in they called her in. After being told she was next. She still waited 45 mins as other people were called in before her. She had to leave for as she had to work. So much for making am appointment.Now need to reschedule so she needs to fast again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There are roaches on the floor and the smell in here could suffocate someone. This is gross.

Will run the wrong tests and not follow what the doctor ordered, requiring re-testing. New staff is worse than the previous staff. Never had this issue with the previous staff.

Dingy, run down location where multiple staff members were quietly rude or surly. Not just to me and my spouse but also to others around us. Building small and cramped, if there is a better location I'd recommend going elsewhere.
Nice that they have a check in kiosk but it takes valuable seating space away from the already small waiting area. Rates were reasonable and process relatively quick but I could do without the quiet contempt that I got from everyone except one staff member.
I was very glad to get out of there and won't be back if I can help it. This was the Wilmot location.

They make you check in and wait in line for simple sample/order drop offs. Just waited for 30m just to hand them the bag and order. Get a drop box in the office like every other lab

Timely in attending- 4th year there- always professional and kind. I worked in a hospital for 10 years. People with health problems can be difficult and overly demanding. Labcorp personnel handle every patient with respect.

Told to be here 15 min early for 8 am appointment. Doors don’t open till 8:00. Then employee said appointments aren’t taken until 8:30. ??
