They must deal with a lot of bs or something because the front desk attendant is very rude. She asked for my order like as if I "carry an order" or I do this all the time. She found my order by logging into the computer, which took her 1 minute. Just a rude lady.

Waited over 45 minutes before I had to leave for another appointment. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one at the desk to answer questions or return orders when you walk out. No apology for the extended wait nothing.

😱 Make sure you bring a warm jacket this place is freezing 🥶. It's going to be 45 minutes now front desk called me up twice just to say they'll be right with me. Don't know what will come first me peeing on myself from holding it too long or freezing to death.. 😩

Employees here have a constant argumentative attitude. I'm sure they see all walks of life, but this is not acceptable. I'll make sure to avoid this location in the future.

Had an appointment to get a drug screen done. And only after arriving & checking in was I told they weren't doing them today. Despite having an appointment set for it. Was also given the attitude for not having a paper copy of the order form.
Had to make an appointment for a different day and hope for the best. So we'll see if my review will go up.

Pick the other closest labcorp. There is always a problem at this place. They do specific tests at specific times. You don't find out until you get there. They look busy like they are running the largest facility in the country and the world is on their shoulders. The staff is always busy somehow. Waste of time!!!!

While check-in is easy, don't have a life if you need to be drug tested for a job! They only do this from 9-2pm. Was literally told I needed to be able to go immediately even though I checked in by 1:50, got the vibe that she was looking for a reason not to do her job. What’s the point of being open at all if your staff is going to be mad about doing their jobs? Not to mention this was my second time this week here and the first time there was no one to talk to at the front desk.

No one to answer their phones to inform the patient of what tests are ordered or if I should be fasting. That needs to be included in the email sent to the patient notification. Will not use LabCorp again. Homeless garbage and urine stink around the front door. Would give a zero if possible.

This place costed me a high paying job because they seem to have forgotten to send my test results to my employer. My results were not sent until 2 weeks later when I called to see what was up.
Unless you want to risk your job, pick any other place!
