Last Friday 9/29/23 Larry Miller Dodge repaired the air suspension on a 2015 Ram 1500 (4WD) at a cost of $4,174.32. When driven off the lot on that day the air suspension appeared to be repaired. However, less than a week later the air suspension reverted back to its pre-repair condition and did not function. After turning the vehicle off, waiting a moment and restarting, the air suspension seemed to improve. Then again this morning (10/5/23) when starting the vehicle for the first time of the day, the air suspension again did not function properly. The ride is rough and unstable. This costly repair fail is obviously very disruptive to anyone's schedule. For this I give a poor rating. The bright spot is the rep who helped me, Jesse, was very knowledgeable and professional. I will gladly improve this rating if the vehicle is repaired correctly and in a timely manner.Patrick D. Fitzsimmons

I don't even know where to begin, I've had the worst experience with Larry H Milker on 22nd and Columbus and still having to deal with them! I regret taking my car there in the first place. I should have listened to everyone who warned me about this place. I originally took my car there for them to put a new engine In the car which took them over a month to do once I got my car I was told I'd be contacted with the paperwork since the guy I was working with Manny was not Done with it. The morning after I picked up my car I had message In the car saying I needed to service electronic control at first I thought it had to with my brakes which I knew they needed to be changed but noticed my car wasn't driving the same and I was hoping to hear back from the dealership so I can let them know, a few weeks pass by I never hear from them and I had my dad drive It because I was worried that my car was getting worse. He instantly told me that my car shouldn't have been given back to me and that I need to contact the dealership right away because parts were placed incorrectly. I called yesterday morning left a message for manny to call back and of course I never received a call back which I expected since this is howOur Whole process the first time was I chased them over and over forThem to even communicate the status of my vehicle. I called again hours later this time asking to speak to a manager which I was put through voicemail which I left a message and now I'm still waiting for them to call back! I expressed to the lady answering the phone how upset I was about This whole situation and I couldn't even get a call back. If I didn't have to bring my car back here I wouldn't and I wouldn't ever recommend anyone coming here. I love my car but I hate this dealership

Recommend: Really try to utilize any other dealership. This one gets it wrong more times than right.Purchasing a $65K vehicle, much less ANY other vehicle more or less in cost should bear NO difference on expectation, but even as much, this dealership literally fails at everything within their Service Department. The Service Department is certainly, one of the worst scenarios I've seen across this globe. The unmatched failure to communicate, call customers back, work delays, excuses, misdirection of faults, arguing warranties, poor UN-AIR CONDITIONED maintenance bays for the mechanics and the list just goes on and on. The Reviews are certainly indicators here that no one at this dealership is even looking at. Despite that, I've REALLY tried to keep positive views throughout the last three years of business here but in truth, the hard working Staff here are being hindered by the faulty ones causing this malevolent and magnanimous level of disfunction.I believe in an era where communication skills are needed, are at an all time high, it would be amazing the GM of this dealership would ACTIVELY take a look at this and start revitalizing this entire formula. It's way overdue.

Took my car there because Chrysler has inserted a code that can only be cleared by them and no other mechanic. Paid them almost$1,000 to fix problem. Problem immediately returns. Can't get appointment scheduled for 3 weeks with them.At 2nd appointment they verify it's the same codes. They try to charge me to"diagnose"the problem". They then try to charge me to replace the same parts. I refuse. Their bill says the charge includes these parts and other parts. They agree to "cover" the warranty parts but i must now pay for the new broken parts. Those new parts were "accidentally included" but the new broken parts were damaged by" someone other than us."This service department is unprofessional and treats the customer poorly.

Brought my car in 3-4 times for the same issue! Very friendly customer service when you're there. Once you leave, it's impossible to get through their phone lines or get a call back. My issues got resolved 80%. I gave up. Hopefully it doesn't come back to bite me.

Horrible place. Sales man approved me based on my word, didn't ask for my paystubs , told me I was approved, sent me to finance where they quickly took my money signed all the paper work , traded in my car and sent me on my way saying I was approved and good to go. Two days later I get a call saying I wasn't approved and to send my paystub info , and a co signer. (Took multiple calls and text to get in touch with fiancé guy.) So unprofessional letting me leave with my new car thinking everything is fine only to have to bring it back. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know or love. Rip offs. Also before this incident, took my car in for a oil change and they look 5 hours to get done. Had an appointment at 1 pm didn't leave till 6pm.

In November last year, my wife and I drove to Tucson for our Century card. Upon leaving Tucson we stopped at Larry H. Miller Dodge RAM TUCSON, WHAT A HUGH MISTAKE !!! We found a truck we thought was a good vehicle. My wife commented to our salesman what good condition it was in and he replied " yes it's all original Harley Davidson 2008 f-350. That was the first lie we were told. The truck had been wholly wreaked all over the majority of its body and then repainted and repaired. During our process of purchasing this truck, we were not notified or told the truck had been wrecked. I specifically told the salesman and the manager on duty to make sure the taxes are paid so that when we insure in California we will not have to pay. They said I would not have to pay taxes because the vehicle I was trading in cost more than the one I was buying. This was the second lie. When I went to get it registered they wanted 32092 .56 in tax.I called and spoke with Ray, the sales manager said he would look into my questions, soon after we spoke he called and was apologizing for making a mistake on the paperwork and they will send a check asap. I also spoke with Stacy who is his boss and he also said they would send a check. I'm still waiting for the payment !! So if you want a bad experience and know your going to get lied to and ignored after there is any problem, don't be foolish. Go somewhere else and save yourself he headache !!!

Worst Dealership I have ever been to. I purchased 2 vehicles there. 1st Was a Fiat 500x had to put it in the shop 3 times in a 1 1/2. Then I just purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma 4 months ago. I had the check engine light came on. I called them and they stated they would not work on it. Mind you it is under warranty. So I took it to Toyota and know I am finding out that the part that part I have to have replaced my not be under Warranty. LHM did a bad job at there inspection before they sold the vehicle. If there was a lower score I would give it.

I will not ever purchase or recommend another vehicle from this dealership again I bought 2 vehicles From this Place. The 1st vehicle within A year and a 1/2 Had To be put in the shop 3 times. NOW I Purchase a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them and the check engine light came on as well as ECT power light. They refused to even look at it And told me I had to go to the Toyota dealership To even look at it. This is poor service. If you don't want to repair any vehicles that you sell don't sell them. And now I might have to pay $400-600 Because they didn't do a full check on this vehicle before they sold it. this place is a piece of crap. And I am posting it on all sources of social media.

When purchasing my 2nd car from fiat; I was told to add in 3 oil changes that would add an extra $350 to my loan for the car. So I did. No where did anyone say that this only lasted a year. With COVID happening I called fiat back in April for an oil change and was told to call back to make an app as they were not sure if they would stay open. So I went ahead and went to jiffy lube to get my oil change thinking I’ll just use my last one next time once everything calms down. I call and am told that my oil change that o was charged $350 for has expired. It was only good for 1 year... I have been a loyal customer sense 2015. - no longer will I be ordering anything from them.

Was in the market of buying a car and I am really weird about dealerships so I try to a lot online and prior to coming in so the process is smooth. So I made an appt with the online guy for 10 am on a Tuesday. I get to the dealership and walked into the show room and waited for 15 mins before I took a phone call and went out side. I was already questioning my choice, but I decided I’ll give another go and waited 5 mins before a girl asked me if I’d been helped. I said no but I had an appt with someone at 10, they told me he wasn’t coming in until 12 but they would have someone else help me. The process was HORRIBLE!! I knew going into this I would need a co-signer and said what my budget would be. All the pre-work that was done wasn’t even started on the dealership side. So instead of me test driving multiple cars on my price range while waiting on paperwork and credit decisions, i test drove one car and sat in a cubicle for 2 hours. No qualifying questions of what I was looking for or what type of vehicle. Worst experience ever!!!! I found a car, way cheaper and better through carvana, 5 star service with them!!!

Would have been ecstatic to leave a great review, but I picked up my car after paying over $1600 for specified work (control module) and realized as I drove away that my AC wasn't working. I immediately called Jason in the service dept. He was helpful and said to bring it right back. He took a look at it and we discussed that it may be a crimped hose or such since the compressor was working and dash was on correct settings but still blowing hot air. I explained to him that my AC was working properly when it was dropped off. He stated that he wasn't going to charge since "you just paid all that money". I left the car there thinking my AC would be returned to working order and I would pick up my car the next day. NO SUCH LUCK. They expect me to pay over $600 for something that was working properly when it was left in their care for repairs. Im having mixed emotions about leaving 1 star or 2 stars. If there wasn't this issue I would have left 4 or even 5 stars.Hopefully Bob Pearcy, the General Manager provides exceptional customer service and returns my car to me with my AC returned to working condition. I doubt anyone wants to pay and additional $600 for something that was in working condition! Especially during the pandemic when money is somewhat even more difficult to come by.
