I had a great experience. A special thank you to the sales person Carlos Jurado. He was polite, helpful, did not push me into buying the car, professional, and most of all he was efficient. The process of selecting, buying, and leaving was relatively quick. I actually had fun buying this car. I really felt like Carlos was looking out for me. Best car buying experience yet. Phillip is the man! He didn’t waste our time, produced exactly what we were looking for and at the price we needed. I was shocked how quick the transaction was as well has how satisfied we were afterwards! 10/10 service, professionalism, and attention to details. Whatever you’re paying Phillip, double it! He just gained a customer for life!

The least competent service drive in America They had my truck for 3 months and gave it back to me in worse running condition than when I took it in. Had a 8k repair bill and they took my money and ran. Truck is now over heating and these mechanics broke the grill of my truck. The manager ignored all my concerns and denied any liability.

Your staff member(Santos) was excellent. We had been getting the runaround from our local Dodge dealer in Sierra Vista for about 5 weeks. After two appointments that lasted 8 hrs. Each, we didn’t have any answers as to what the problem with our Journey was. After just about 4 hours at your dealership, Santos had the problems diagnosed and had authorization through our extended warranty company for 100% coverage of all the needed repairs( minus our $100.00 deductible). We now are just waiting to hear from you regarding scheduling the repairs once you have the parts in hand.

I went in so nervous, this was my second time buying a car from dodge but this time. I can say Enrique made me feel no pressure on to make a choice or even made me feel like another sale. He answered all my questions, and described in details about the car that I was purchasing. You dont have to believe all those nightmare dealership stories at this store especially if you have a sales person like Enrique.

Excellent service from Jesus. Lets you decide if the car is for you first and then talk about numbers. Doesn't put pressure with numbers at the beginning like most sales people do. Really treats customers with outstanding service and gives out a lot of perks after my purchase. Highly recommended.

Guillermo Benitez is amazing. He went above and beyond to help my family and I get the car we REALLY wanted. Never did we feel pressured or hassled. He definitely deserves 5 stars and Larry H Miller should feel lucky to have such a hard worker. Last Friday 9/29/23 Larry Miller Dodge repaired the air suspension on a 2015 Ram 1500 (4WD) at a cost of $4,174.32. When driven off the lot on that day the air suspension appeared to be repaired. However, less than a week later the air suspension reverted back to its pre-repair condition and did not function. After turning the vehicle off, waiting a moment and restarting, the air suspension seemed to improve. Then again this morning (10/5/23) when starting the vehicle for the first time of the day, the air suspension again did not function properly. The ride is rough and unstable. This costly repair fail is obviously very disruptive to anyone's schedule. For this I give a poor rating. The bright spot is the rep who helped me, Jesse, was very knowledgeable and professional. I will gladly improve this rating if the vehicle is repaired correctly and in a timely manner.Patrick D. Fitzsimmons

I don't even know where to begin, I've had the worst experience with Larry H Milker on 22nd and Columbus and still having to deal with them! I regret taking my car there in the first place. I should have listened to everyone who warned me about this place. I originally took my car there for them to put a new engine In the car which took them over a month to do once I got my car I was told I'd be contacted with the paperwork since the guy I was working with Manny was not Done with it. The morning after I picked up my car I had message In the car saying I needed to service electronic control at first I thought it had to with my brakes which I knew they needed to be changed but noticed my car wasn't driving the same and I was hoping to hear back from the dealership so I can let them know, a few weeks pass by I never hear from them and I had my dad drive It because I was worried that my car was getting worse. He instantly told me that my car shouldn't have been given back to me and that I need to contact the dealership right away because parts were placed incorrectly. I called yesterday morning left a message for manny to call back and of course I never received a call back which I expected since this is howOur Whole process the first time was I chased them over and over forThem to even communicate the status of my vehicle. I called again hours later this time asking to speak to a manager which I was put through voicemail which I left a message and now I'm still waiting for them to call back! I expressed to the lady answering the phone how upset I was about This whole situation and I couldn't even get a call back. If I didn't have to bring my car back here I wouldn't and I wouldn't ever recommend anyone coming here. I love my car but I hate this dealership

Finally someone gets it! Good service, professionalism, and fair pricing is all one needs. Currently have a newer 2021 RAM Promaster 3500 (RV) that needed oil change / tire rotation. Great experience from appointment to completed work. Not to mention good value, oil change plans for higher mile travel. Excited to have a local RAM dealer for my service needs for years to come. The small shops and RV repair facilities are really gauging their customers.
