Steve, Beau and Thadeus were amazing today! They helped me get my first car and I was very well pleased. They explained everything very thoroughly and made the process enjoyable. I am extremely happy with the process and would recommend seeing them. They have a large amount of inventory.And if not recognize as such, I would consider these men as an asset to the Larry H Miller company.

Brought in a Jetta that was experiencing some random theft lock issue where it forgot both keys that we own. They've had the car for 3 months, that entire duration they managed to get on the horn and call us to communicate with us ONCE, which took place the day after we dropped off the car. WE had to call THEM almost weekly for THREE months to find out what was happening with our vehicle. They ended up terminating our service request and now it's at Performance Auto Parts instead, since they'll actually work on the car and not sit on it for three months before deciding that "order part = hard".I'm actually pretty sure this is a shell company at this point because no self respecting garage/mechanic would do that.

Karl is absolutely incredible! Best customer service I have ever had at any VW dealership! He earned my business when I first moved here and had to get my fuel door fixed which was an easy fix and he did at no charge! His team is amazing and so thorough with their inspection! Karl is so nice and patient and he earned me as a customer forever now! Truly incredible service! Highly recommend this dealership! Karl is my service guy now! Won’t go anywhere else!

Purchased a number of cars here but the best part of the process is the service department. Andrew and his team have been phenomenal over the years. Andrew has always been kind, courteous, and enjoyable to talk to and deal with. He is always flexible and helps plan what works best for your schedule. Andrew is truly a gem and him and his team make sure to provide the best service to your vehicles possible. Many thanks Andrew and the service team! You rock!

Came into Larry H Miller Volkswagen with my 2015 Toyota Camry to trade in! My original quote on my trade in wasn’t exactly what I was hoping to get, Steven and Todd sat down with me to do some negotiation and we came to an agreement for OVER what I was originally asking for my old Toyota Camry! To say I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience is an absolute understatement. It’s a breathe of fresh air to walk into a dealership and be treated with respect! I will never purchase from anywhere else again, Steven you have gained a customer for life!!

The service experience was amazing. The service advisor was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout this experience. The service manager at this time (Thomas B.) very friendly and helpful as well! He went above and beyond to talk to me and advise all about my car’s maintenance. I really appreciate this! The service techs were very thorough and fast on my service. It was an all around great experience! Thank you so much LHM VW team!!!! I will be coming back for sure!!

Every time I go to Larry H. Miller Volkswagen, my daughter and I are always treated so well! Both visits, my toddler has received a complimentary stuffed animal that always makes her smile. The complimentary specialty coffee drinks, water, and popcorn always makes our wait comfortable. They now have two arcade cabinets for the kids to play as you wait for your car to be serviced!I always ask for Thomas as my advisor and for Joseph as my service tech. They always work with me and my budget and always know what I need for my car. My last visit, Joseph found that I not only needed an oil change, but that my car battery was close to dead! Since it was under warranty, I was able to get it replaced without a hitch! So thankful that Joseph found these things and fixed them quickly. I also am thankful for Thomas and his booking and billing experience. There were no surprises charges and he helped me out just as much.Thank you guys! You rock!

I purchased a CPO car here, buying online sight un-seen. Prior to the purchase, the sales rep was responsive and helpful. However, literally as soon as the transfer of funds happened, service was terrible.I had the car shipped to me, and was not notified by the shipper to which day the car would arrive. Luckily I just happened to be home and available when the driver called me and told me he was here.The car arrived as described and photos matched well. I was disappointed to learn the car only had one key and missing front foot mats. To be fair I didn't ask about this, but it was a surprise. Complaining about this didn't yield me even a discount on these parts.The car arrived with zero paper work about the sale. I attempted to contact the service rep for weeks to get copies of the mountain of paperwork I signed. I called the dealership seperately, and instead of handling it, forwarded me to call an internal staff in the financial dept. He was helpful, but it was still weeks after that until I actually received digital copies of the paperwork I requested.I was initially told that the title would be handled electronically through the e-title service, but then a paper one randomly showed up in my mailbox.I imagine in-person sales go more smoothly there, as they are more common, but if you are buying from a distance, be aware what you're getting into.

I don't even know where to begin, I've had the worst experience with Larry H Milker on 22nd and Columbus and still having to deal with them! I regret taking my car there in the first place. I should have listened to everyone who warned me about this place. I originally took my car there for them to put a new engine In the car which took them over a month to do once I got my car I was told I'd be contacted with the paperwork since the guy I was working with Manny was not Done with it. The morning after I picked up my car I had message In the car saying I needed to service electronic control at first I thought it had to with my brakes which I knew they needed to be changed but noticed my car wasn't driving the same and I was hoping to hear back from the dealership so I can let them know, a few weeks pass by I never hear from them and I had my dad drive It because I was worried that my car was getting worse. He instantly told me that my car shouldn't have been given back to me and that I need to contact the dealership right away because parts were placed incorrectly. I called yesterday morning left a message for manny to call back and of course I never received a call back which I expected since this is howOur Whole process the first time was I chased them over and over forThem to even communicate the status of my vehicle. I called again hours later this time asking to speak to a manager which I was put through voicemail which I left a message and now I'm still waiting for them to call back! I expressed to the lady answering the phone how upset I was about This whole situation and I couldn't even get a call back. If I didn't have to bring my car back here I wouldn't and I wouldn't ever recommend anyone coming here. I love my car but I hate this dealership

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Larry H. Miller and have used the service center several times for repairs and oil change. Not only do they give a thorough inspection they are timely with repairs. All times I gotten my vehicles back exactly like they were dropped off. Friendly and trustworthy staff.

Not good. I made an appointment but it still took a week sitting on your lot before anyone looked at the car. No complaints about the repairs, except for recommended services l did not need. I changed filters week before & flushed coolant & brake fluid just before l brought it to you for transmission service.I spoke to person in charge at pickup, his polite reply amounted to, so sorry, too bad.

Karl was the sweetest man ever. He was so kind and helped me out so much. Explained everything I needed with my car and was genuinely so sweet to my kids. He gave them a ball and checked on us a few times as we waited. 10/10 will be returning because of Karl.

Update: Day 66 I still do not have my vehicle back from LHM. Parts supposedly fedex'd a week ago.. funny now its coming from ft worth. The story goes on. VW declined my buyback. Why? No explanation given. Unacceptable. It's under warranty, been out of service 66 days and counting, catastrophic transmission failure, 36k miles.. They offered 1500 for a "sorry". Is this a company you want to do business with? I would highly suggest some research. Too many other options. You don't provide parts for the warranty repairs and then don't do right by your customer?

Poor service department. Three days for check engine light. They told me to take it to another VW dealer, if I don't want to wait.Sales department was great. Wonder how long an oil change takes?

Crooks! They quoted me over $900/mo for a 36/12 lease on $50K VW ID4! Avoid like the plague!
