Laura sold us our Airstream and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Helpful, knows Airstream's inside and out, patient, and worked hard to get us a good deal. We've had pretty bad experiences with other dealers in the past and Laura and Lazydays made it a pleasure to buy our new Airstream.

Matt was an absolute champion at helping me decide on a new Grand Design travel trailer. He was patient, deliberate in his confidence regarding product knowledge, and generous with his time. I greatly appreciate his effort on my behalf. Thank you; Lazydays upper-echelon, for hiring quality sales and tech staff.I also wish to give kudos to Mr. Sosa for his well informed instructional walkthru regarding the technical operations of my purchase.I'm HAPPY....!M.Foss

We purchased a Reflection from Lazydays RV Tucson. Ron was the best salesman I have ever experienced. His honest relaxed approach was very helpful. During unit delivery we ran into a problem. Yesika in service went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. We are back on the road with a new RV thanks to Ron and Yesika. Thanks Again to Both.........

Our salesman was great. We even got along with the person doing the financing. But their service department needs a lot of improvement. First we could not get an appointment using the on line scheduling. We put our information in the system but never received a call or email. We ended up showing up and dropping it off. But they don't particularly like that. They kept out Forest River Georgetown for 2 and a half month with little to no communication. Finally we could them that we were coming to pick it up. We got there and were told it was ready. We show up and it's mysterious ready? No one called and told us.The second time same thing trying to make an appointment on line. Didn't work. We dropped it off again. Kept it from maybe a month a half. Dor e off with a check engine light on. They don't work on the Ford Chassis . But I just found out that the washer dryer combo fell from it's mounted position. Very disappointed with Lazydays service center.

After a long wait to get on the schedule, I dropped my motorcoach off at Lazy Days RV in Tucson, Arizona, in December. I had several service requests, such as the recommended engine and generator service, paint touch up, diagnosing why heat did not reach the bedroom when using the propane heater and replacing the tv antenna, but the primary issue was that one of the slide outs had stopped working. All of the issues were taken care of by mid-January, except the slide out. The primary slide out controller was replaced three times, another controller in the coach was replaced once, one of the two electric motors that move the slide out was replaced and the relays and the wiring were all checked, but the slide out still was not working. 131 days after dropping the motorcoach off for service, I received a phone call with the news that they could not diagnose what the issue was and they asked me to come pick up the motorcoach.I will say that they did not charge me for the work on the slide out, but my RV warranty paid for all the parts, so the dealership was out only their labor. Unfortunately, after picking up the motor coach, I found many issues that are simply inconceivable to me. When working on the heater air flow issue, they removed two floor vents in the bedroom. The floor vents were not put back in place and the screws for them were just left on the floor. The vent in the bathroom was covered with duct tape and the duct tape was left for me to remove and clean up. The engine access door in the bedroom was not reinstalled nor secured. Numerous wiring harnesses were removed and left on the floor of the coach. I found two sets of wires that had been soldered at some point and the bare wires were left laying in a pile with other wiring. What is even worse is that the central vacuum and the entry steps to the coach were not working, but were when I dropped the coach off. When I got home and started to clean up the mess left by the dealership, I discovered that the vacuum would not start when I inserted the vacuum hose. I went to check the power cord and sure enough, the vacuum was not plugged in. I soon discovered why. Once plugged in, the vacuum will not shut off, even when the hose that is supposed to turn it on and off is removed from the vacuum connection. On top of everything else, they charged me for 2 shop towels and $143 for a battery that never ended up in my motorcoach. In conclusion, Lazy Days RV Service Shop fixed a few things, could NOT fix the slide out, left lots of work half done and broke two things that worked before I got there. I think their service techs are getting on the job training on how to repair motorcoaches, but no one has ever talked to them about customer service! I will NEVER go to Lazy Days RV, anywhere in the USA, for anything, and I advise anyone who reads this to never consider Lazy Days RV for their service needs. There is a happy ending to my visit to Lazy Days. After picking up the coach, I travelled to my summer home in Colorado, where I reached out to the mobile service company I had used in the past. I was looking for a referral to someone who might be able to fix the slide out. They said they would take a look and let me know afterwards what they believed to be the best course of action. A few days later I met the owner of RV Doctor, of Loveland, Colorado. He found that the main controller was not sending power to the motors. I still had the original motor in my coach and he suggested we test it. It worked! Power was coming from the controller. He found an additional problem with a wiring short and spliced the affected wire. In less than 2 hours, the slide was repaired. He also helped me fix the entry steps and the central vac. It has been almost 6 months and the slide out still works perfectly. If you need service, don't go to Lazy Days RV!

After searching on line for a used Airstream globetrotter we found what we wanted at Lazy Days/Tucson. Laura was our sales person we could not have ask for a better experience. She is was so helpful and made sure everything was in working order. She is a airstream owner herself and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Ron Coss, Salesperson was thee best! Easy to work with, professional, available and personable. We explained what we wanted/were interested in, he suggested a few models of trailers to look at. It's a 2 hour drive for us to LazyDays and Ron was accommodating. We looked at all of them, he showed us the features of each trailer, giving us lots of time to talk about them look at the size of the spaces (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc). He wasn't pushy just helpful. Once we decided on the one we wanted, we negotiated a price and he got close to what we needed. A BIG THANK YOU, RON!!!!Also a shout our to Troy, Yesika and Heather. Troy was the Tech who explained the trailer, he was professional and thorough…Troy, Thank you for the little suggestions and help!Yesika in the Service department made things simple, she got our truck, got the hitch installed, and returned it with very little involvement by us. Heather, who made the finance part easy thank you!All in all this was a smooth operation, every time it was a WARM hand off (meaning each person took us to the next department or to Ron who facilitated the interaction) including us following a golf cart with our truck. Thanks again.

Let me tell you about an amazing RV dealership and their newbie salesman. My wife and I had searched the east coast (we’re from upstate New York) for a solid, used motorhome with no success. Desperately searching the internet, we came upon a 1998 Itasca Suncruiser that just seemed to fit the bill. Calling the Tucson, AZ Lazydays dealership, we were connected with Ron Coss - himself an avid RV “Boondocker” - who listened to our needs and budget constraints with much patience. Understanding our situation, he was especially careful to explain the Itasca’s strengths and weaknesses to us as new wanna-be RVers.Long story made short - we agreed to purchase the Itasca motorhome sight-unseen and flew to Tucson to pick it up. Ron spent an entire morning demonstrating and detailing key information we would need to know, that culminated in a test drive which gave us proof of Lazydays’ representations re their 25-year-old motorhome.Friday afternoon came, sale completed, we were sent off by Lazyday’s service crew who had made a last-minute fix on a loose mirror (at no charge). Hours later, we had stopped at a Walmart to begin outfitting the RV’s kitchen. When we came out, the generator would not start - thus no air conditioning in the hottest summer on record. We called our salesman Ron Coss for advice. He offered to put us up in the company’s RV park until Monday, when the service department would be open. We were going to take him up on the offer, but he suddenly said, “Where are you?” and said he would try and find us to see if there was anything he could do himself. Detouring from his end-of-the-day trip home, Ron located us and - from experience - tweaked the air/fuel mixture sightly and the generator began running perfectly.Think of it - first-class dealership, newbie salesman, 25-year-old motorhome - going all-out for us just as if we were spending tons of money on a new one. Call Lazydays RV of Tucson - ask for Ron Coss - you’ll be glad you did.

Took months to get parts and install. Had to take RV back twice because work was so shoddy. At $196 per hour, I expect the work to be perfect.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a travel trailer from RON at Lazydays RV, and our buying experience was totally above and beyond our expectations! We drove from San Diego to Tucson to buy a particular floorplan that we liked and from the first phone call to staying late on a Friday Ron provided stellar customer service! He spent easily over an hour walking us through the entire trailer making sure we understood how everything worked and even got us checked into a free night stay at a nearby campground before we turned around and drove home. I would leave him a six star review if possible. He even left us his personal number In case we ran into any issues down the road. Thanks again Ron!

I purchased a new Grand Design Momentum G21 one year ago. So far I have been pretty happy with it. The roof began to leak and needed to be resealed on the front cap. They had sealed it the day of purchase and it never adhered and started peeling away.I went to the service department and they told me the one year warranty ran out less than a month ago and the seal is not covered. Ok, I get it. I will gladly pay for it to be done.My RV was parked next door at the Lazydays RV Park, and it was completely covered from the sun.I asked them to go over and have a look and reseal it.They said that none of the mechanics were willing to go over and that I would need to bring it there for them to assess it and do the repair. So you want me to unhook everything and load up to drive less than 500 yards. Now I know why they call this place Lazy!!I went and purchased some sealant and did it myself in about an hour.I have purchased a new RV every other year and pay for them with a check for the past ten years.I’m sure your sales department will miss that. And Lazydays you might want to start looking at your service reviews because I am obviously not the only one with a complaint.I hope this 150 dollar service was worth you losing a very good customer.

Lazy Days in Tucson AZ is the worst! We purchased a 2022 Grand Design Reflection spent $73,000 on our 1st RV ever. We were so excited but the experience has left us delusional about the RV industry. The delivery was a disaster. It wasn't ready for delivery where got there. We purchased the Ceramic Coating and interior fungal treatment so they kept it and said would deliver it the next day. Well it was delivered dirty outside & filthy on the inside. I didn't think anything had been applied. So I call and argue they said bring it back and they would redo it. Brought it back with some issues, trim falling off, asked for a second battery. In a couple hours they said it was done. When I got home to Phoenix and opened it up the inside hadn't even been touched. Tried calling Tony the GM of the facility left messages as to who I was, we spent $72k and would like to discuss our experience and he wouldn't even return phone calls! The salesman Jeff won't return calls!!! Run don't walk away from Lazy Days RV. Robert & Sabra Phoenix Arizona December 2022 Purchase
