Worst customer service ever. Rude employees, wouldn't sell me anything because I asked if anyone had heard of customer service. Ridiculous, never waste your time or money at this location

Most people get up and go to work early and need things for their job went by around 8:45 to pick up some supplies, sign said they open at 10:00 went by at 5 minutes after 10:00 and they were just now opening the doors, I believe they should be open earlier than 10:00 a.m. makes my day longer because I have to wait for them to open...

Got there 10 before closing and they had the door locked and guy inside said they were closed. They’re time clearly posted closed at 6pm. Seems someone was in a rush to go home. If you want to close earlier than posted then you should advertise as such.

So we have used Leslie's for 20 years. It's always been fine.However Last summer our old pool motor died. So we bought a new motor filter everything from Leslie's. We were told about the great warranty and wound up buying a better system than our little pool needs. Installed it every was good.Last week the new system stopped working.The built in control panel looked as if there was no power.So we had the power checked out at the house. We were told that the power is good. They felt that the something had failed in the new unit.My wife called Leslie's and tried to get a service person to come out and check it. She was told repeatedly that we needed to uninstall the system and bring it to Leslie's. They would check it for damage and if needed warranty it. Again my wife expressed that we didn't want to uninstall it we just wanted someone to come out and check it. She was told no we need to bring it into the store.So Saturday we uninstalled the unit brought it to the shop. They took the unit gave me a receipt for it and told us that they wouldn't be able to check it out until Tuesday.Yesterday morning (Tuesday) I received a phone call at around 8:30 before they open. Telling me that it was not their problem that they wouldn't check the unit in the store. That I needed to contact the manufacturer (Haywood pool products) and talk to the company.I then asked if I could just have they check out the motor don't worry about the warranty I would pay to have it checked. They refused to check out the system. I ask if they would just connect power to the unit and see if it works.I was told that the only way they would check it out was if we took it home reinstalled the unit and then called them to have a service person come out to the house.I couldn't believe it. I said you required us to uninstall it and bring it to you. We originally wanted a service person to come out.They refused all requests to check out the unit.I asked to speak to the manager. I was told that I was speaking to the assistant manager and the manager would be in today. I actually asked "So is this like a middle finger to your customers?" And was told kinda.Today I called again asking for the manager and was told that he was out and would be in tomorrow.Leslie's doesn't honor warranty's. They dodge phone calls. I would not ever purchase from them again.Please don't get fooled like I was

I am new to owning a pool, I went in hoping for some help, the person I talked to acted annoyed I was asking questions, and then he rolled his eyes! I left and went to another company where a customer was complaining about how he was treated at Leslie's and when I chimed in with agreement another customer said yeah that's why I don't use them. Save yourself some time and just go somewhere else.

All the employees that I've dealt with here are very knowledgeable, and always helpful and friendly. Good selection of pool/spa supplies. The reason for taking off 1 star is because, in my opinion, their prices are just too high.That said, I still recommend them because of how knowledgeable they are. That comes in handy if you need advice or a recommendation.

Saturdat morning at 10am i go to get the rest of the start up items i need for the over $300 pump i just purchased and ask how much I should purchase and you response is go read your owners manual, you just lost my business.
