Richard and his team in service is the best! They are extremely knowledgeable and very honest. When the forgot to wash my car after a service, they made up for it in spades.....they detailed the car and for once all the Chow Chow hair seems to be missing from the upholstery. Super thank you and I am less inundated in dog hair:)

Kathy and I found Mustafa to be very pleasant and helpful during our buying experience at Lexus of Tucson. The whole process was more comfortable than others we’ve had in the past. We knew what we wanted, and he found a similar car for an informative test drive. When the dealership didn’t have the car we wanted, he worked with them to quickly find one in transit that was very close. We considered it and closed the deal.
We will look for Mustafa when we buy our next car.

I was looking for a car different than the one I bought, but throughout the process, Mustafa was so patient and helpful to find the appropriate car. He was able to explain details and answer every question I had. Amber from the Financial Department was also great at explaining everything and making sure all my questions were answered. Scott, the manager, was also great at explaining and getting some things moved so that I could proceed to the purchase.
This was a great experience, and so far I am loving the Lexus 😃👌🏻
