I loved the customer service here its the best I have ever gotten at any Lids. The younger guy working was awesome asked if he could help me as he passed by and check to see if I was looking for anything special. He was reorganizing the store and even apologized for being in the way. He was definitely not in the way but I appreciated his kindness. Even with him reorganizing the store was clean and I found a few gems. He even took care of my brims I have been to at least 6 other Lids and have never been asked if I wanted them as is or curved. That little touch was like the icing on the cake just WOW.This young man was talkative and not in a pushy way but just to be kind as a Manager he's an asset and I would love him on my team any day. I must also say this location is about 1hour 20 minutes from my house and this will be the only Lids I visit going forward.

Came in here to switch out a hat that didn’t fit my dad the following day after purchasing and they refused to give me my money back or exchange. I had my receipt and the same person who checked me out the prior day was even there. I was told it wasn’t their problem and one of the employees even said they “hated working here” but couldn’t care about helping us out. Never returning here again. Be aware of Jonathan the manager, absolutely unprofessional and selfish.

Nice collection of hats. Kinda packed in as trying to get as much product in as they can for a small store. Next thing you know they will be hanging them from the ceiling.

NEVER going to Lids again. I bought a hat and asked to customize it. They first said they couldn’t then switched up and said yes they could but the machine started to malfunction and I asked them to just give me my money back because I was not satisfied and then I was told that they could not give me my money back even with a receipt and a malfunction on their end.

Got embroidery on a Chicago Bulls hats for a friend's birthday here. Came out perfect. And it was really affordable and only took 20 min or so.

If you go for embroidery for an xmas gift on a hat be specific... i go for two hats waiting on the employee while hes getting the other hats done that are in front of us, another employee collect another cistomers hats and places them in front of us while we been waiting! Now were third in line and its not our fault were waiting on the employee to take our order @ the embroidery station. The wait for us ETA went from 35 min to an hour, even worse we show up an hour twenty minutes later to have the hats done embroidered all LOWER CASE.... Is there not any common sense anymore to Capitilize the first letter?? Why even advertise the different font options with the first letter being capitalized??? Now im screwed and its not able to be corrected for two xmas hats with somebodys name on them all capitalized letters... Folks if you go for the same interest, go to any employee pay for your hat embroidered @ any register not the embroidery station, be very specific with each letter apprently capitalized or not...

Went in for a hat looks great but employee totally scammed me and promised a discount then proceeded to charge me $18 extra ! Will not go back again to this location which sucks because he said he normally only works at outlet store …. I wish I knew his name …

Stay away from all Lids locations. Nick the manager is a liar. My husband spoke to him a couple months back after my husband ran into a completely LAZY and rude "manager" at park mall who didn't want to help my husband or do his job. Nick promised my husband 40% off and that if he did the return(with receipt mind you) that he would give us our money-back no problem. Just to come through Monday-Friday in the morning. My husband drove all the way to Tucson mall from vail abd nick claims he didn't remember saying that and my husband was given a gift card. Lids kustlost our business and illmake sure I let friends and family know also. Nickmaube you should've written down what you said after you spoke to my husband. Unfortunately nobody's word means anything anymore. We will be contacting the higher ups.
