This place is awesome, super knowledgeable people working there. We went the day before Father's Day and got there 2 hrs before closing and wanted custom hats, and it was pretty busy, as you could imagine, BUT. These guys were cool, calm, and nice to everyone, even in a high stress environment. They did say we could still get the hats made, but we'd be last and to pick up right at their closing time, and even though we truly appreciated the gesture we just told them we'd pick up the next morning so they didn't have to stay late or rush. 10 out of 10 customer service and custom littering. Thank you ?

Visited park place mall LIDS got help from Marcos great customer service even convinced me to get embroidery done on my hat it came out great, will recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new hat and my self will definitely will be going back when I am in the market for more hats.
