“I have had insurance with this State Farm office for several years. In the past, I was with two other insurance companies. I had never had a claim with either company for auto or home insurance, but they raised their premiums every year. This led me to cancel my insurance with them. I researched other companies and found the office of Julie Burnett. This office has been the most responsive of any company I've ever had. When I call or email, I immediately get answers. I have mostly been dealing with Amanda Miller who is excellent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this branch.”

“In my search for finding new insurance I came across ABC insurance and requested a quote online shortly after Steve the owner gave me a call and we discussed a couple of things. He asked a couple of questions got some basic information from me that he was going to pass along to his office staff to assist me when I went in. Upon my arrival the staff was professional, courteous and very welcoming. They had the information that Steve had passed along and sat with me and discussed the coverages and found great coverage for me. My current insurance wasn’t going to renew me and they helped me out tremendously and even found a great rate for me. I had called a couple of other insurances, and the rate was gonna be very high as I have a Kia Sorrento in a lot of insurance insurances don’t cover those

“I have been with State farm insurance for at least 55 years plus. I am with Steve Hines State farm insurance agency in Tucson. Making a call there instantly starts your claim and the follow-through and make sure that it's taken care of. I have never had a complaint against this agency as they tended to my needs every time I made a call. I also want to thank Teri, The office manager, for her efforts in getting all my questions answered and making things happen where it's necessary. She has been there 37 years and knows the insurance business inside out and I'm lucky to have somebody like that that gets things done.
And here's the kicker, State farm just informed us that we are getting dividends back or what they call payments because they had such a great year last year. I don't know of any other insurance company that does that. This is why it will never leave State farm. I have never had a complaint about its operation since belonging to State farm insurance.”
