During my consultation for my new machine I asked a few questions. The answer to each question was “We’ll get to that!” I couldn’t help but again, ask a question that I feel wasn’t getting answered. Now raising his hand in a STOP gesture, my tech (a heavyset Hispanic male) again states “We’ll get to that!” Wow! Sorry I interrupted you. It’s obvious he HATES questions. Communication is the key to ensuring the patient is knowledgeable and comfortable with their unit. I can’t imagine any health professional allowing a patient to leave confused with the operation of their medical device. I’m certain insurance providers would not like to hear that their patients aren’t being properly consulted.
As I drove home I realized that we DID NOT “Get to that” on at least three of my questions. I called their location a couple days later and asked to speak to the male technician that [hardly] helped me. I was told he was at lunch and he would call me back……crickets! Three weeks later…still no return call. So much for customer service. I’ll contact my insurance provider, PCP, and possibly the Arizona Department Insurance. The only follow-up I expect from Lincare is their computer generated, standard reply to all of the complaint reviews that you can see in this review thread.

Another bad review probably won’t matter to Lincare. My wife and I have been using Lincare for over six years. They are one of the worst managed companies I have ever dealt with. In the last six months we have had two, time-certain, appointments - - in both cases, we got there only to find that no appointment was scheduled and there was no manager to speak to. Our CPAP machines do not have an immediate life/death effect; I suspect that Lincare may be responsible for many deaths if their other services are dispensed as carelessly as I have experienced with CPAP issues.

I spoke with Megan last week and she was outstanding to deal with! I told her what my doctor wanted for a report and she took care of it immediately. Neither of us knew why no regular reports were done. I also found that I was eligible for new CPAP and once the doctor sends the prescription, I will go in for fitting & supplies. I also asked if there was anyway for my O2 concentrator to be checked, as it has not been serviced--in the past, it was checked every 6 months and a few years ago I called to see why no one came anymore, and that employee said they didn't do that anymore! Megan said not only was the equipment supposed to have regular maintenance--she has someone coming today. This is the best service I've ever had with this company. We also talked about the new mask and how 2 friends & I have the same complaints about fit, and we will work to get the best fitting mask for me. I appreciate her full professionalism and caring.

Meghan is a phenomenal manager and patient care advocate. She has gone above and beyond for us. Arnold is an outstanding representative for this office. Their compassion and professionalism is exemplary and what a patient oriented company should strive for.

They put me on hold for an hour and 45 We minutes and when I got on, they couldn’t hear me! Scam company please avoid it at all cost!

The technician was knowledgeable and walked me through the process. If lincare is looking for suggestions I would address the office. It had a very haphazard or maybe fly by night feel to it. Definitely not customer facing.

My mother was using this service when she passed away. 6 months after her death she got charged again even after I returned the equipment and let them know of her passing.

I have repeatedly given my new insurance information to get supplies. This has been a month and I still don't have the supplies. If I was not required to go here through my insurance I would not! It's terrible

Michael is amazing! He came in to check our oxygen machines and while he was here he showed up how to care for our machines and how to clean the filters. Noone has done that in the past with any company we've had. Michael noticed my husband was having labored breathing and so set him up in the living room to have oxygen there instead of just the bedroom. It made a complete difference in my husband. Michael stayed and waited until my husband was doing great before he left. Awesome employee and awesome company. I give them a 10!!

Mare has been wonderful in figuring out why my supplies aren't approved, even though all the documentation necessary has been submitted. She's an exceptional asset for your company & should be recognized for her knowledge & customer service skills. Thank you Mare!!
It's unfortunate, but the problem is with my insurance. So, I'm back to square one with my insurance.
Prior to speaking with her, my experience in calling your company for months was a nightmare. Prompts for this & that option to only be disconnected, over & over. I finally physically visited the office in Tucson & was given the correct number to call for supplies.

Our Lincare delivery person, Michael, has been very helpful and pleasant when delivering. He is always very helpful with our questions about the oxygen equipment.

OMG. Good luck reaching ANYONE at Lincare. 49 prompts before you can actually reach ANY department, their automated system hangs up on you repeatedly, when it doesn’t hang up you’re on hold for an hour, no one responds to their “chat” (more like not chat) feature, they haven’t sent a statement for months although they’re working “diligently” to rectify. The absolute WORST customer service from any entity I have ever had the great misfortune of encountering. Run for the hills or for the love of all that is holy utilize a competitor. And I just LOVE the automated response to all negative reviews that are identical and mean nothing. Helpful hint: if you do call the number the review provides you will reach an actual person. Amazing how that works.
