I love shopping at this store due to the reasonable prices on clothes and little items but I have had it with their trade policies. The staff is not very friendly and they are wayyyyy too picky on what they will even take from you for trade. They forget that they are a USED baby/child store NOT a new one! They will only take stuff from you if it looks brand new but then give you a fraction of what you actually paid for it back in trade. Makes me not even want to trade anything with them anymore its such a waste of my time and energy to get it to the store to either be denied or receive pennies for it. Looking for a better store to trade my good items too and shop at.

First of all the manger or whatever she is, the one with short hair. Is rude and incredibly raciest...looked at me absolutely disgusted when I smiled at her. My top reason why I stopped coming in here. Two, prices are ridiculous for USED items. Might as well go to target or a Carters at that point. I just overall hate how I feel walking in here because I know how I'm being judged. Also trying to sell items is again absolutely not worth it, they low ball the heck out of you ESPECIALLY when it is that manger quoting you. Wouldn't waste my time or money or gas even on coming here.

Love at first site!! Super cool shop with like new products at better than reasonable prices!! Staff was friendly and helpful too. Definitely going back and spreading the word how awesome this place is!! They also except trade-ins for store credit as long as the item is in good condition and less than 2 years old. Highly recommend!!! ???

While the staff is very rude, and I wish they wouldn’t buy/sell items that have been recalled/aren’t safe because some people just don’t know better… I have found good quality clothing at reasonable prices. Overall it’s ok.

**Buyer Beware** WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!! Automatically opened a 'loyalty account' in my name & kept my credit card on file without asking. You have to call & argue to get your account closed. Went looking for a stroller. All strollers were locked up with a cable. Asked if we could get one unlocked so we could check it out. They wouldn't unlock it until paid for but after acting like we were bothering them (warning sign!!) someone did show us how everything worked so we went a head and bought it. After paying we waited for them to bring the stroller to the counter which never happened. I went back to find the stroller unlocked and folded up. After opening it I tried to wheel it to the door but it wouldn't roll- the front wheel wouldn't turn. Was told it needed to be weighted as if a child was in it. We insisted they show us. They put all kinds of items in to weigh it down but it still wouldn't roll right. We wanted it returned and our money back and was told NO REFUNDS- STORE CREDIT ONLY. After my husband gave them an earful they finally relented but wouldn't give us a receipt showing item returned or amount being credited. Had to insist they hand write it. Staff was rude, curt & couldn't be bothered with questions. After letting them know we have never experienced anything like this before, all they could say was "we're not like other stores".

I found everything from socks to pajamas to outfits. Even bassinet sheets. The highest priced items were just $4.99. Some were new with the tags still on them. Nothing was torn, with holes, or dirty, as I've seen in other places. I was really impressed.

Such a great store. We stop by most weekends to trade or see what’s new. I recommend them to every new parent in Tucson. Great way to stock up on all your child’s need (clothes, toys, equipment) at a great price and reduce waste

There was a lot of hype about this store. Honestly I think the prices where pretty high for used items. I felt the prices were more closer to the brand new prices with a slight discount. The items with decent prices such as clothing were ok but there wasn't a decent selection. You may find one or two items that you loved or simply liked. The store did not flow very well. You couldn't really look at anything without someone bumping into you. I was there looking for specific items. One was a changing table pad and there was only one and it was priced at the same price as a new one from Amazon or Walmart. Another was a baby monitor and they only had one of those as well and I had to ask if they had any. It was decently priced but looked to be in rougher shape. I walked out not buying anything.

Staff was rude. They told me that they only had trade and no cash till the next day, so I asked if they could just take a look to see if anything would be worth anything so I wouldn't have to make a second trip if I didn't haft to.trying to save on gas. They said no cause it would be double work. But the way it was said made me feel like a POS ! Like I was a bother. I understand people get busy but it would of took what a whole two minutes if that.

I went here 3 months ago for the first time and I was shocked at the lack of customer service. Such a nice place for such bad customer service. The ladies in the back were so rude and being new I didn’t feel welcome. They keep sending me emails for discounts but I have no intentions of ever returning.

I have been shopping at Little Bird Nesting Company for about 2 years now. It is a great place to find just about any essentials for your baby that are good quality and usually in good condition. It has been nice to have this option of shopping for baby items at a cheaper price locally. However, I am not thrilled with their trade system. You have to schedule an appointment for a trade if you have 40 or more items (I believe it's 40). I get why they do this, however the down side is you leave your stuff with them and you have no idea what they take (unless you keep your own inventory) and more importantly why they did not take some of your items. If you're someone who would prefer to have these details AND you have the time, I'd suggest you only bring in 40 items at a time so you can get more feedback. I wish I would have thought of this before I have already traded most of my baby stuff I no longer need. Also, another downside to trading is the staff in this department come across as rude and like you are bothering them. They are not approachable at all. Despite the fact that you schedule an appointment, they don't help you bring in your items or even greet you. Last time I dropped off items, an employee was sitting right in front of the door as I was trying to load my items into their store and she did not offer to move or help me. It is very poor customer service, because the people that are bringing trade items in are essentially providing them with their stock to sell. Either way, it's not a good way to run a business. I do share this with people who ask me for suggestions.

The hours and the particulars are not user-friendly. I have to carve time out of my day to come during their business hours and then they have a stipulation that they only take five items for trade after 3 PM. I have to do business here. they're the only game in town that does what they do as well as they do it. so I'm still gonna come here but it's not very user-friendly. They have a loyalty program but it doesn't save your purchase history so you still have to keep the paper receipt... they only do exchanges... just little irritants about how the business is ran. Again, not very user-friendly.
