Recently tried to purchase a dishwasher from Lowe's, and it was a nightmare. Bought it 1/15, was supposed to be installed 1/24 but there was a base board in front of the old one, so once removed they would come back. Then scheduled for 2/7 between 10am and 1pm - get a text that due to 'RAINY WEATHER' they are rescheduling for Friday. Well I took the 7th off and Friday does not work. He then sends an associate to install it and he informs me that the hook up kit is a 6ft and I need a 10ft, so we have to reschedule again, oh and it will be more $$$. I am fuming. They call on Tuesday 2/13 to inform me that once I pay an additional $263, they an install the dishwasher. That is on top of the original $209 to install and haul off the old one. $472 to install a dishwasher????? EPIC FAIL. Went right to the store, got a refund and I will not be shopping there anytime soon

Warm, attentive, and efficient customer service, best shopping experience I have had in years! I received consistent and genuine help in every section plus lower prices and better selection for everything I needed. Thanks!

policy on sliding screen doors. $99 in stock, adjustable, only in white. Special order $270, gunmetal, 3 week delivery to store, not adjustable so doesn't fit. Too tall without adjustable bottom. Not told upfront that it's not adjustable. charged $50 restocking fee when returned. When discussed with the store manager hassled about their policy in writing re 20% restocking fee. Told him the door wasn't adjustable and this wasn't disclosed upfront. Hassled again by manager. Contacted corporate office and filed a complaint. Don't order sliding screen doors at Lowe's.

Typical big box store with everything on the east side of Tucson. Pricing is pretty average, but tons of stock.

This might sound a little strange, but I'm giving this Lowe's a 4-star because the parking lot is so odd that it makes it difficult to get in and out of. The side lot, which faces the north side of Kolb is so narrow that you can hardly get a big truck around the side; and this is where the loading zone is as well. It seems strange that they would have designed it this way. Anyway, other than that, it's a good store with helpful staff. I visit often.

I bought a dishwasher at the end of October and it didn't get installed until end of November. I tried to get help with this from store management and they were useless. When I tried to get compensated they said they couldn't do anything about it. Basically if you get terrible service then it is your fault and don't expect anything from them.

I really appreciate the store and its location, however, recently they have not had checkers to check you out and force you to check out your own merchandise. Big NO NO!I'd just assume drive a few extra miles and go to the Lowe's on Kolb and Speedway where they have plenty of checkers!

Did some browsing of Halloween decorations and found adorable wreath for this holiday! Our dogs are always greeted with enthusiasm and treats and loved by the patrons and employees alike!Only negative was the cashiers inability to locate the price for our item and holding the line back. Also the military discount process has been changed and was not honored without registering online (which we choose not to this time to avoids holding lines further).Other than that, the location is clean and organized and maintained properly. We will be back!

Lots of unexpected traffic in the store on a Monday afternoon. We had several items on our list. Sometimes it's hard to find items or someone to guide you, so the Lowe's app tells you which aisle & bin if you have the correct store entered in the app. They were even good enough to suggest a local Ace for an item that was out of stock.

I was in the store at 0630 on 10/12/23 for some plumbing parts. There was no one in the department and someone in a blue vest called John the assistant manager for help. He was with another customer and said he would be over to help as soon as he was done. When he walked up he appeared to be disturbed he had to help people. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot and spoke down to me. As I asked additional questions, he continued to speak to me as if I was a waist of his time. I shop in Lowe’s often and never have I been treated as if I was an inconvenience. I am not positive how this man faked his way to his position. He surely has his administrative staff believing he is something / someone he is not.I would run if you ever encounter him unless there is no one else around and you felt like you were ok with being treated badly!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We've always driven 30 minutes to shop at Lowes, bypassing several other hardware stores to get there because they've always had a very customer friendly return policy. All these years I've never had a return refused. Ever. Today they said corporate won't let them override any returns past 90 days. So we're stuck with a bunch of stuff, new in the box with a receipt, because corporate decided not to let the stores take care of their customers. I hate to break it to you Lowes, but Home Depot has all the same stuff you do and you just flushed a customer-friendly policy we've counted on for years. You've flushed us and all of our business along with it. As well as anyone else who bypassed other hardware stores to get to yours because of the customer-friendly policies you USED to have. Here's a business tip: Any decision you make that doesn't put the customer first will cost you.
