It was busy, and I wanted quite a while but eventually I was helped by Javier in the flooring department, and although I was starting to get impatient, Javier was very efficient and friendly. He didn't make me feel like an inconvenience, and that's what I care for the most! He was happy to help and was quick with helping me as well. On my way out, I was approached by Marilyn, and she was just the sweetest thing. Super friendly and very funny! Thank you to Javier and Marilyn for making my experience today amazing.

This place is a joke! Assistant Manager Nick Morey refused to return tile mortar because of "policy changes" to no reciept made recently. Even though the mortar was purchased before this "policy change" and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the 20 bags of mortar since they had been in the garage the whole time. He was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional! No clue how Lowes can have a person who does not value customers who spend thousands of dollars in their store be in charge of anything but scrubbing toilets? Lowes lost a loyal customer due to Nick Morey's callousness and uncaring attitude. My 70 year old mother had hired two gentlemen to load up the mortar after I had called and explained to the return department the situation. We got the go ahead to bring it in for a return or exchange and Nick Morey then told us no to the return after my mother had brought it in with the green light!DONT EVER EXPECT ANY KIND OF SYMPATHY OR CUSTOMER CARE FROM THIS STORE OR IT'S STONE HEARTED MANAGERS! IT DISGUSTS ME TO MY CORE THAT THIS IDIOT WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE WITH SENDING MY 70 YEAR OLD MOM BACK TO HER HOME WITH THESE BAGS TO UNLOAD INTO HER GARAGE AFTER BEING TOLD BY THE RETURN DEPARTMENT TO BRING THEM IN! DISGUSTING MANAGERIAL SKILLS! DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING!GO TO HOME DEPOT, THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!PS: The credit card used was not in the system, because her bank sent her a new card recently that has different numbers.Regardless, your policy says no reciept needed, but not according to NICK MOREY!

Why can't they keep their internet sites up? Then you get there and some of the staff won't help out. IT'S NOT MY DEPARTMENT THEY SAY. they have a radios and a Lowes phone thatcan look up their in store products. at least call some on that is in tha department for assistance. You can always find 2 or 3 of them sitting around.

I’m just leaving a review to tell yall to make reaching your bathroom easier. Instead it asking all the effort it takes to lock and block every way to the bathroom to avoid people from stealing, find a different way. It’s ridiculous that I have to fight my way through the one checkout lane you have to go to the bathroom. Instead of blocking the way that isn’t through a checkout lane by securing a bunch of tool chests in the way, maybe find a more efficient way that doesn’t inconvenience your expecting guests, children, etc.

They wanted to charge me 50 bucks for a new gas line for a dryer on a new build home. They salesperson said the hose maybe be damaged. It's a new home.
