It probably has only been two months since I tried to get flooring and then get it installed. I am still waiting with no install date in sight. Using the Lowe's app for estimating the amount of flooring I would have to order in came to 32 cartons. The estimator said we needed 14 more plus a whole lot of other stuff. My friend, retired general contractor, said that those figures were overstated in his opinion, especially the add ons. He would have saved the existing molding, Lowes replaces it. I started last month when I bought another house and wanted to replace the carpet with "Luxury Vinyl Plank " , LVP. I have bought and paid for the products and am still waiting on "Backer Rods". With hundreds of contractors/ supply houses in the Tucson area, they couldn't get backer rods locally? Now, a long time later, I still wait on Lowes and I just moved into my new house too. Nothing is put where it should be because the floors are not in and I don't want to have to pay Lowes to move my furniture off the carped areas to put in my flooring, assuming they can get it done this year. I wish I had gone to ll flooring or somebody else. I'll look tomorrow to find if I can get a quality floor elsewhere and have it installed quickly. When Lowes says installation dates are typically two weeks after all of the products are in place means Lowes doesn't have enough installers.

BAIT AND SWITCH as a policy. I recently Googled Lowe's, specifically the Marana store on W. Ina Rd. in Tucson AZ. Once on the site I searched "angle stop". The first thing that came up was a Sharkbite for $7.94. They are typically $12-15. The page also said there wet zero in stock at C Tucson store but 25 in Marana. I went to the store, found the item(s) and went to check out. At the register they rang up as $12.56 ea. I showed them the web price and a manager was summoned. Rolland said that was the price at C Tucson store where there were ZERO in stock. He was unwilling to honor the price even though it indicated there were 25 at his store at the $7.94 price

Never again. Ordered a range top microwave and picked it up curbside. Lugged the beast out of car and inside after removing old one. They gave us the wrong one. We’ll have to lug the wrong one back.Called and customer service was rude and unwilling to help. Garbage business. Try Home Depot instead. Don’t give this place your business they’re trash.

The staff were great! The carton was so damaged! Looked inside after so long waiting. So sad. Planned this remodel o time off, now scrambling for a solution. Lost.

We enjoy! Going to Lowe's sometimes more than home Depot simply because the air doesn't smell like sawdust all the time. It's also nice when you can compare the variety of products with another store.

Just recently ordered a glitch in their OWN app and tried to pick up. Was told I was scamming the store out of something that was sold directly through their store. Amanda I was believe was her name, bad attitude and made it seem as if I was stealing. Could have taken it a different route but decided to make us feel like thieves.

I get intimidated going to home improvement stores when I am not exactly sure what it is I need or where to find it. Yesterday I was buying simple christmas lights but had a few questions, and the lady working in the area was extremely helpful and kind. Also, a few months ago I had purchased something for a closet storage project that was the wrong size. The return was quick, easy and hassle free. The employees at Lowes make home improvement shopping a breeze.

Horrible experience shopping at Lowe's like always. I tried buying a 14' multi position ladder. There were supposedly 6 in stock. Once I get to the store they are no where to be found. So then I ordered it online my order got paused. Then I call customer service and have them call to check inventory at another store and told her to have someone physically check for the ladder because of what I experienced the day before. Customer rep tells me they have it and she does a pick up for the Valencia store and they are pick the order as I'm talking with her. My order got canceled again! This is not the first time this happens either.

Fernando made our experience amazing! We needed help and couldn’t find any employees to help, he let us know he was only a price changer but he went above and beyond to not only help us find the exact shelf we needed, he got one of those big ladder things and got a big heavy box from the top shelf for us/ opened it AND put it in our carts for us. He absolutely should be acknowledged for taking all of the extra steps! Very hard worker
