Getting a person here in USA for help in customer service is impossible!! What has happened to this company? It took $2, 200. from me, but it is impossible to talk to anyone in billing, anyone in Geek Squad, anyone in America that speaks and knows about one's purchase or billing. I even had 2 customer service people hang up because I asked to speak to someone in Arizona, United States. I will NEVER return to this company again to purchase another item. Corporate does not list customer service either.Karen M

their website indicated free installation. but low and behold the tv was delivered by an outside vendor and the delivery guy bolted faster than greased lightening. when i call customer service (in the Philippines, worst customer satisfaction move any company can make is to outsource to the Philippines- before you go off- i managed a call center outside of Manila). They just dicked me around. Spent the whole afternoon- from 3 to 7 chasing my ass. Will never buy from Best Buy again- if a i to be dicked around and get crappy customer service I'll go to Walmart. one word- boycott.

Try getting in touch with Geek Squad... Impossible! Went to Best Buy's website for E. Broadway, typed Geek Squad the sent to a 'circular' from a remote chat with no success. All I wanted was an appointment with a live person and still, could not get through! Terrible marketing! It's no wonder the company experiences difficulties...

My husband and I went in to look at watches. Apparently their policy is you have to buy before you can try it on. I am very disappointed with this policy. How can one know how it looks and feels without trying it on. I doubt we will return to this store.

Me and my 85-year-old father came into the store to upgrade from a small phone to something bigger that he can understand a bit better.At the service desk we met cat and Hector as they helped us through the process of the trade in making everything smooth as we bought a new phone.They showed patients as they exspained everything. If you enter that store, ask to see Cat and Hector the two best employees in the store to help you.Thank you, Cat and Hector.

Went in to buy a tv, not once did any of the workers acknowledge us or ask us if we needed help. We spent a good 30 minutes strolling around and the store was practically empty. Finally when I felt comfortable with a TV I wanted to buy I went to the workers at the front to ask for their help. They told me to go back to wait for help by the tv I wanted even though there were 3 of them doing just chit chatting. Waited another 20 minutes and no one came to help us. When I went back to tell them no one helped me they didn't even remember what I needed which sounds like they never asked for someone to help us. What a shame, Best Buy used to have such great service.

BEST BUY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR PROTECTION PLANS.The man from whom I bought my house bought a new dishwasher at BB and included a 3 year protection plan.2 years later the dishwasher stopped working. when I called BB to get a repairman they told me they could not honor the protection plan because the man from whom I bought the house had not called BB to "register the appliance in my name".I am sure we all call BB when we sell a house to tell them the pertinent info for the new buyer, right?their protection plans are worthless and a cheat.

Competitive online prices but no one ever answers the local establishment's phones so ended up buying from Amazon and settling for delivery in 2 days :-/

I came in with hopes to get my computer looked at by the Geek Squad. At first I was afraid that it was by appointment only, but they take walk-ins too which was nice. When it was my turn, I had Cassandra as my "Geek" and she was the best! Very nice & personable AND very good at her job. She helped me get my computer working just like it used to. Thanks Cassandra!!

I have been one of those individuals who frequently complain about service, or the difficulty of getting service, at Best Buy. This time, I am going to express my satisfaction with the excellent service Michelle, a manager, gave me last week. She went out of her way to assist me in getting my new iphone linked to my truck. She went to the vehicle, searched the owner's manual, found the directions which I missed and succeeded in connecting the phone. She deserves an "Atta-Girl."

Apparently there is no flexibility in Best Buy's return policy, unwilling to accept that sometimes folks have valid reasons for not being within the "window" for returning an item to EXCHANGE for a more expensive one. Even going online to chat with customer service was futile. I had the tripod for over 6 months, opened but unused and perfectly clean, like new. My goal was to buy another, sturdier model that cost three times as much. They would not budge on "policy." My POLICY is to avoid businesses that are so incredibly stupid that they would lose business instead of giving a break to the client. I didn't tell the alleged manager that I had also planned to buy a decent dashcam the same day, so the $30 tripod would have returned much more than that to their daily sales volume.

I am a senior lady and walked in Best Buy today with a tangle of cords that I needed more of and Ty, the manager helped me out immensely and quickly, I appreciated his help, nice to have a manager help out customers who don't have a clue!
