Went through the drive thru during lunch ordered 2 20 piece nuggets 40 nuggets total 2 McDoubles and a medium fry with a sweet tea, cashier shorted me a $1 on my change I told her about it she replies “Ofcourse I did” first bad impression it’s not rocket science go to the 2nd window to get my food I look in the bag and only had 20 nuggets in the bag instead of 40 this is the 2nd time in a week this has happened once again not rocket science horrible customer service horrible food very disappointed

We went here specifically because they have a play area but it was closed two hours early. The reason they gave was because it had rained and there was a leak. However, it only rained a little today and it ended hours ago so they could have just mopped it up... I also tried to call before coming to confirm it was open but they didn't answer their phone. Now I'm the one that has to deal with the upset toddlers

Sorry couldn't give zero stars..asked for 1 coffee drive thru they told me to pull up almost 20 minutes later no coffee I stepped inside and had them make me new coffee all employees talking in that messy kitchen and the restrooms OMG filthy is not the word..I ended up not peeing and throwing away that nasty coffee. Will never go back to that location..ALL staff needs to be replaced

This is where I meet my grandson . Problem only one stall in ladies room. I guess places quit using toilet seat covers. Checking on supplies etc. otherwise food was good very pricey though. Service very good. I keep going back once a

Fries suck toooooooo much salt and tea seems like its sweeter then ever. Not worth the price dont like how prices fluctuate do too demand like gas prices.

I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid because I live within walking distance of the location when the food was hot and customer service was friendly. Now the french fries are never hot or the food and the staff are hit and miss whether you get a friendly face or someone who is rude.

Went to McDonald’s at 10:45PM on February 26th. Ordered a mobile order, and payed online 30 minutes before 11pm, while I was in the parking lot (as they close at 11). Nobody answered the machine I was at and another car was at the other. I waited at the machine for ten minutes no answer so I drove to the window. An employee after waiting ten minutes answered the window (after making eye contact multiple times then walking away) they told me they were closed it was then 11:04. And that the manager had already gone home. I have worked fast food and managers are not supposed to leave while their employees are still there and before closing (which the manger left). The employee who helped me at the window was very apologetic but I feel awful that her coworkers and manager left her stranded and to finish cleaning by herself. Found out the managers name is Emma and I hope to not see her working there as what she did wasn’t ok. This is a usually good location so I’m disappointed to have to write this review. All in all managers do better for your staff and costumers. Emmayou let not only your employees down but multiple costumers.

Used the kiosk inside and payed. Waited 30 mins for my food. Went to the pick up section and they couldn’t find my order. The lady that was working wasn’t much help. Went to the register after 5 mins. This other guy quickly got my order. He then said he’d get my child an ice cream for the wait.Went back to the counter. The lady Manager was working this section. I explained my situation, and what the guy promised me.She said it doesn’t take that long for us to give out food. She didn’t believe me.I’m thinking I have no reason to make any of this up.I then told her about the ice cream the other guy cashier promised me.(Keep in mind I didn’t ask for anything for the inconvenience, he brought it up)She said we don’t do that.So I ended up just paying for it.(Which isn’t a big deal)I know it’s fast food and I get that it’s busy, but the management team here sucks.And I say this as a former McDonald’s employee.I’m currently Active duty Air Force serving for a decade now, so I like to think I know how to carry myself.I was never rude or had any attitude throughout this whole exchange.?Order placed at 1505 on 25 Feb 2024Didn’t get my food till around 1535Check the cameras if you want.

They got the drive thru order wrong, but not a big deal, and went inside to get the missing item. The woman at the counter was adamant that we were wrong and just trying to get an extra sandwich. Ordered 8 items , and she accused us of lying over the $1.oo value item, even tho just paid for 7 other more expensive items in the same order and we hadn't even left the drive thru. Got the order corrected after some struggle and a lot of flippant attitude from the cashier.

Basically the Manager at that moment (Garcia) is rude with the customers, and not autistic kid friendly… Please do something with that person we love McDonald but the experience with this person dilutes the other good stuff and I saw the comments … don’t loose customers for sauce

Placed a mobile order with Apple Pay for two McFlurrys, a cone, and a Sunday only to be told when I arrived they have no ice cream. I wasted gas driving there and then had to use more gas to go somewhere else to get my kids their treats. They didn’t even offer a solution. I guess I’ll now have to dispute the charge with my bank if it goes through after all. So inconvenient! Do not let us customers order any items on mobile that are unavailable!!! It was only 7pm so they should not be taking the ice cream machine down already. What a joke …
