They sold me a travel scooter A Golden Travel Scooter that has had multiple problems. The battery never worked for more than an hour. The battery gage never registered. Also the most dangerous part was the steering column on the scooter kept flopping around and parts were falling off as I fell several times and had multiple bruises. The scooter has been repaired several times. It was never better. Now I just took it in and it is still under warranty and now they want $1,000.00 to repair it. The worst thing is the scooter is only 7 months old. Never Deal with MEDTECH ot GOLDEN again. Because they don't make safe products or Honor warranties on their products

Teala was awesome . She was very helpful knowledgeable great customer service very friendly and all around a great person.. I’m super glad and grateful she was the one who helped me. She definitely deserves a raise or a bonus. I would definitely recommend her if you need help with medical equipment or supplies

Please turn on your heater .. us older people have a hard time with the cold.. our body temps are colder ! I wanted to look at a few different items and the store was freezing and I had to leave .We pay good prices for your products ... give us a comfortable store to shop in :)

Beware. I needed a blood pressure bulb, but not for a blood pressure machine. First, the bulb with valve cost just under $10 ($9.99 or so). Second, the valve was defective. I took the part back for a refund and was informed that 1) the bulb was specific to a particular blood pressure cuff and 2) they do not give refunds for parts. I had the employee call the manager, who confirmed they do not take returns on parts -- apparently even when they are defective. As it turns out, the bulbs are NOT specific to a particular cuff and the part was, in fact, defective. This was determined at another store, where the employee was kind enough to check the part and confirm the determination. She then called the manufacturer and was able to replace the part, which she happened to have in stock, at no cost to me. It also turns out that the same part at that company would have cost half as much (had it been in stock, which it wasn't). I'll be waiting till she gets more to buy the second bulb that I need. STAY AWAY FROM MED-TECH.

Do not waste your money on the Aircast Shoulder Cryo/Cuff! It is a crude, poorly designed and difficult-to-use system.

Probably the worst customer experience in years. The staff member who waited on us seemed to be one of the “let’s smoke a joint “ for lunch club. When talking to her it took 10 seconds for her to grasp what I was saying and then responses were slurred and slow. My wife rolled her eyes and mouthed “ let’s get out of here” which we did. Nobody at the register asked how things were. They two women just keep talking to each other. I’m done. Last time here. Internet here we come

***Noted***I'd put zero stars if I could:I've never been treated so horrendously by an employer until today. 09-12-2022.Tayyeb R Ahmad regrettably terminated me from Med Tech: tools for mature living. **Oracle location** because of a mistake that happened ONE time with the time clock( this is the biggest point he exasperated as I was being terminating .the only point he kept going back to 100 times) . Even though I had a witness that told our direct manager Aracely Gallego (the same day it occurred) he saw me put in the correct time. 8:30a.m. That wasn't good enough. A whole witness wasn't good enough for this owner to believe it was truly a mistake.. &&&& Supposedly there was another issues with a inexperienced employee but was never confronted to me with said issue. Even when I asked if there was an issue . I was told by said employee it was none of my concern.. How can I fix or mend an issue if I wasn't confronted with said issue?!?.. I was told nothing but positive things up until today on how i performed ... But yet "tayyeb felt he couldn't trust me" for said time clock mistake. Not even Two days after I got "training" on the time clock (A whole month after my initial hire date I might add) I barely consider this training because it was over the phone... &¬ in very much detail && went very quickly .. On top of that tayyeb **Owner** admitted he didn't even care about the whole time clock issues because it was such a little petty thing to even bring up.. This was HIS EXACT WORDS to me !not only did Tayyeb belittle me before terminating me. Insist I must be lying because I was not saying what he wanted to hear .. On top of not checking the evidence (camera footage) to see If was not guilty of said "issues" that a aspire between Gavin and I . I quote " that's not worth his time. he's to busy of a guy " he couldn't be bothered to check in to what actually occurred between Gavin and I... if he would have checked the cameras he would have seen Gavin literally yelling at me, being very disrespectful in front of customers, in front of my daughter and not conducting this place of business very productively . Gavin definitely made the work environment very hostile. But didn't get reprimanded not even a little bit for his actions... in the conclusion I lost my very much needed income.. because of a sexist decision to keep &believe a man's word over a woman's evidence ...I'm literally dumbfounded on how this all took place. MedTech literally chose a predator , ignorant , self-centered fabricator , whom can't even lock the front doors correctly. Let alone run the store. Completely doesn't know how to conduct his day-to-day duties. THAT DOESN'T EVEN NEED THIS INCOME. Over someone who is very much more experienced in the day-to-day duties at med tech tools for mature living such as but not limited to : transactions , returns , rentals, knowledgeable about the lift chairs, information on scooters, wheelchairs& walkers ...****Thank you for the experience and the realization that every employer doesn't always care about the employees ..nor their families.. nor their situations . they care about what gender is where and what credibility they have on their resume..******* I 100% do not recommend to apply for employment nor spending your money at this trash establishment. ********

Had a great experience this morning at the repair facility located in the Oracle store. Hubby's walker fell apart and Matthew had it fixed and back in service in about 10 min. Friendly, helpful environment. Give them your business because they will take care of you.

No returns at all due to Covid. The cashier who rang me up should have informed me of this policy. I didn't see any signs but then again I wasn't looking for the return policy while I was shopping. This is a new policy and not a common one considering it is no longer a pandemic. Having said that, the employees ringing people up should let us know. I spent a good amount there for an injury and it didn't work out and I wasn't going to know until I brought it home. I wasn't able to try it out at the store because it was wrapped up. This is a ridiculous policy and just lost my business. I'll be going to Amazon for any medical supplies from now on. I'll be letting others know that shop there as well.
