“Fast and so straightforward help. I went to do a pre employment drug test and the lobby had two people there. They were seen very fast and my turn came quickly. The test went fast and they were very nice. It seemed like there was one doctor there but still super speedy.”

“The tech took me on time at 2 pm for my ultrasound and the staff was extremely generous in allowing me to see Dr. Berens in plenty of time to catch my ride back to Cascades before 4 pm. Thus, I didn't have to wait in the deserted parking lot for an unreliable Uber! Thank you for your kindness from the bottom of my heart!

“If you are a “hard stick” or get anxious about blood draws- ASK FOR CLARISSA! She is the blood whisperer. I do comprehensive labs 2-3x a year (like 8+ tubes) and they always used to keep poking me, call in for backup etc… not with Clarissa.
She drew me twice this week, didn’t even feel the poke, nothing hurt, no bruising, she’s friendly and affable to keep me from getting nervous.
This office always runs on time too.”
“Tech was GREAT, I barely felt a thing & she was done! Wish I knew her name…began with a Z.
There were 10+ people in waiting room, combo of appts & walkins, they seemed to be efficiently getting to all. I was there 15 min early & didn’t have to wait long. Dropped off samples around 1:pm, no one in waiting room, easy check in at kiosk & someone was out right away to collect (verifying my info before I left). I’m impressed!
I do NOT like getting blood drawn. I have small veins that roll, it’s hit or miss if it will be a problem or not. Last time (elsewhere) the tech was digging around, telling me all about it and I passed out (what a wimp!). I was stressed to have blood drawn … no problems :)”
“I had a very good experience this morning. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the people at the desk or drawing blood. The person at the desk was not only addressing those with appointments but also a woman who wanted to add additional blood tests. This meant contacting her doctor, getting the fax, updating her appointment. The person at the desk facilitated all of that with a smile while keeping track of those arriving. The blood draw was painless! This is not my usual lab but will return.”

“I had to get my fingerprint card and I called to make an appointment and they were able to provide me multiple times that day to get my appointment. The parking was easy and the guy who gave my fingerprints was super kind and friendly and made absolute sure that the fingerprints were perfect that way I wouldn't have to redo it or they sent it back. it was easy and definitely would recommend!!!”
“What an amazing experience. I know the bad reviews are intimidating, but let’s remember who to be mad at. Not the employees working everyday, showing up and doing their jobs.
I was in and out within 10 minutes, and I didn’t even feel the needle being inserted. The team was extremely efficient and pretty darn friendly for how many people they had to help. Thanks!!”
“I had alot (11-12) vials of blood drawn. When I went on she didn't know if they could do all of them. She was very helpful and pleasant. Staff was very Knowledgeable and helpful. Technician was great with blood draws. No bruising from the stick. No pain and one time try did excellent with the stick”
“I always make appointments when I need to get my bloodwork done and there website is straight forward and easy to show you how to schedule ahead time. They also accept walkings as well, so you don't have to have an appointment. Another neat thing that I like about. Sonora Quest at least the one that's off of Orange Grove and Corona boulevard behind Northwest Hospital is you can check-in and then give you the opportunity to put on there. If you're gonna be waiting in the lobby or you can wait outside. And they'll text when they're ready for you. The front office staff are really friendly. Also phelbotoist's that takes your blood are really experienced and also friendly
That's why I choose to always get my bloodwork done here.”
“Check-in was easy and very straightforward. There was a miscommunication between my PCP and Labcorp regarding orders. Labcorp was extremely professional and patient with my frustration. After two faxed attempts, orders were received and I was in and out within minutes. Big shout out to the phlebotomist who drew my sample. It was smooth, fast and painless. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and accommodating. Thank you.”
“Kat and Andrew are very Nice and take their time to explain everything to you, including your billing. Andrew is amazing even with children. It can be very traumatizing to some children to have their blood drawn, but he’s very nice and calm and patient and makes it very comfortable., The security guard I do not know his name, but he is also very nice and very helpful And courteous. Kat Is very sweet and happy and nice and takes the time to get to know you and your family”
“Absolutely horrible service, the lady at the window wasn't so bad but a this was my first time coming here. I will NEVER go back and I'll find either another location or a different lab my insurance covers. I had to do both a urine sample and blood work taken, when I was given a cup and shown to the restroom. I want told what to do after our where to go, so I was eating because the woman at the window was talking to another patient and this NASTY ATTITUDE of a woman comes up from behind me and bitterly tells me to go back to the lobby and wait till someone calls me.
I pray with it being the beginning of the day because this is Fasting blood work her day gets better NOT for her but for the people coming into this facility.
Oh snap my phlebotomy was an angel and just gained you 4 stars your original rating from me was a 1 star rating absolutely amazing”
“I had a walk-in appointment for some routine lab work. The check-in process was seamless, and the wait time was pretty short (15 minutes). I normally don't do well with needles and getting blood drawn, and I have fainted in the past; but this was the best experience I've ever had getting blood drawn. I barely felt the needle and Helen worked amazingly quickly to where I didn't even know she had started when I was already two vials in. Phenomenal experience!”
