“Wait time was very short in the lobby. I was greeted by a very cheerful lady. Went into the room to get vitals and talk about why I was there. The doctor came in a few minutes later. She put me at ease. Very friendly and professional. She took her time talking to me. It was a very good visit and I would highly recommend this practice. I am very happy I went there. “Made an appointment and got there 20 minutes early. They took me back right away. I was in and out within five minutes. I have a bad phobia of needles, and my doctors office was unable to draw my blood after many tries. The girl here got me in one try, and was very nice thought the appt making sure I was okay.”

“(1) OFFICE EXPERIENCE As a long-time client, I prefer the Wetmore location in Tucson. You MUST always book an appointment online ahead of time as this will ensure that you will be seen before Walk-Ins. Bring your government ID or driver's license and insurance card. Check-in by going directly to the kiosk, not the front desk. All Labcorps close at 3:00 p.m. If possible, make an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and you WILL be seen sooner than if you go during the busy morning hours. That's what I do, and I never have to wait. (2) CARE QUALITY I prefer that Linda takes my blood draw because she never leaves a bruise. She's a pro and a super nice person. WHAT NOT TO DO: Don't be a walk-in; don't forget your ID cards; don't be rude to the workers. They are professionals and know what they are doing. This review is for the Wetmore location only.”

“Honestly, normally I do not like coming here. It was a different experience today. It only takes a moment to be kind and nice and Bianca did that spectacularly! She treated every single patient with the same upbeat kindness. Then I expected the Phlebotomist to be the typical unfriendly I've come to expect from here. But TAMMY was soft spoken and friendly asked how I was doing etc. Great job changing my opion of your establishment. And thank you for making my day!”

I witnessed a patient be extremely rude to the front desk and phlebotomist they both handled themselves in such a professional manner. I asked them each for there names, which are Margarita and the phlebotomist Heather which she also took care of me. Great job ladies!! Great patience!! I believe in giving positive feedback not just the negative. These two ladies are a great asset to LabCorp.”
