Northwest Urgent Care at La Paloma has friendly and professional staff. The staff is prompt, polite, and competent. The environment is clean. Doctors, nurses, and reception staff are caring. Providers listen and do everything to help. They make patients feel at ease and figure out what's wrong quickly. Patients have confidence in the staff and consider it their go-to urgent care. It's a 1st class, professional urgent care where patients would return if needed.
Had a good experience however, the receptionist took all my insurance information and a few days later I got a text message from my Insurance stating that my visit was not covered due to the provider not in network. It was a PA not an MD. UGH other than that all went well.

I love the fact I could make my own appointment time. The PA that helped me Is knowledgeable and personable.
