“I spoke with Megan last week and she was outstanding to deal with! I told her what my doctor wanted for a report and she took care of it immediately. Neither of us knew why no regular reports were done. I also found that I was eligible for new CPAP and once the doctor sends the prescription, I will go in for fitting & supplies. I also asked if there was anyway for my O2 concentrator to be checked, as it has not been serviced--in the past, it was checked every 6 months and a few years ago I called to see why no one came anymore, and that employee said they didn't do that anymore! Megan said not only was the equipment supposed to have regular maintenance--she has someone coming today. This is the best service I've ever had with this company. We also talked about the new mask and how 2 friends & I have the same complaints about fit, and we will work to get the best fitting mask for me. I appreciate her full professionalism and caring.”
“My elderly father is going through a battle with cancer, and after a couple of falls we needed to find some resolutions and fast. With so many places having supply chain issues even expedited shipping was taking too long. I had driven past this place, so we stopped in, and all my stress dissolved. They had everything we needed right there, and we were able to take it home right then. The amazingly kind and helpful staff walked us through the different lift chairs and bed rails and their benefits to figure out what the best option for him. There were so many different things in stock, ready to combat any issue. The prices were extremely reasonable, even better than some of the online options I had been seeing, and the quality of what they stocked was clear. With so many brick and mortar places closing up, I am beyond grateful that this store is here. 100% recommend to anyone providing care to an elderly loved one.”

“My mother could not be released from the hospital until she had her personal portable oxygen tank. The hospital was out of town. Due to my mother's PPO, she was limited on which medical supply company could help. I called 4 different places and finally I called RxO2, and they saved the day. They also delivered the equipment to my mother including the home oxygen machine with in 2 hours as promised. The lady that answered the phone at RxO2 and the driver provided excellent customer service. They were both empathetic and kind to my mother's need.
