He worked hard to ensure I understood, felt comfortable with, and had a perfect fit of all the equipment I started using that night with complete confidence. I returned a week later to switch out the type of mask I was using (my body didn’t like the first one) and I was in and out in 10 minutes with everything I needed and was thrilled. They go WAY above and beyond. This is the only place I’d go as a CPAP user to ensure timely, professional guidance and support.”

“I spoke with Megan last week and she was outstanding to deal with! I told her what my doctor wanted for a report and she took care of it immediately. Neither of us knew why no regular reports were done. I also found that I was eligible for new CPAP and once the doctor sends the prescription, I will go in for fitting & supplies. I also asked if there was anyway for my O2 concentrator to be checked, as it has not been serviced--in the past, it was checked every 6 months and a few years ago I called to see why no one came anymore, and that employee said they didn't do that anymore! Megan said not only was the equipment supposed to have regular maintenance--she has someone coming today. This is the best service I've ever had with this company. We also talked about the new mask and how 2 friends & I have the same complaints about fit, and we will work to get the best fitting mask for me. I appreciate her full professionalism and caring.”

With so many places having supply chain issues even expedited shipping was taking too long. I had driven past this place, so we stopped in, and all my stress dissolved. They had everything we needed right there, and we were able to take it home right then. There were so many different things in stock, ready to combat any issue.
