“I bought a black suit last week from a great sales person named Reina. She was a pleasure to work with and made the experience very nice. I returned today to pick up my suit after it had been hemmed and for some reason the jacket did not fit. I'm unsure as to what had happened however, after talking with the owners Reina made sure to address the situation with a smile and went out of her way to make it right. The male sales person that works with her could use a few lessons on customer service from her. As he tried to interfere with the situation and made it worse for a short time. I have bought several suits here and have never experience this before. Reina is the sales person I will look for from this point on when I am buying a suit.”

“This location on oracle has the best customer service and more of a selection of clothing. Please recognize Gillian she was very helpful and you definitely can tell she loves her job. This kind of customer service is what is needed at the Ajo location. We didn’t have a great experience at that location everyone was too busy to help and irritated when asked for help.”
“I went looking for jeans and I was advised by an employee that unless it was a return from the website, all jeans are 'regular' length. Aka no tall or short jeans. The employee was kind enough to get a reader to check the jeans I was looking for to see if my size even existed in the store before I sorted through piles of hands. We found A pair! And I was excited and thankful I did not have to dig through shelves and shelves of jeans. Don't be afraid to find an employee!”

I told the sales staff that I would buy them if they weren't so butt ugly! We all laughed, and we're shopping online for the same vendor and size.”

March helped me find some clothes off the clearance rack and gave me so much confidence in wearing a crop top that I was not sure on buying and they said I would look amazing in it and when I tried it on I looked so cute and amazing! “A friend and I were looking for a dirty birthday card (which Spencers is known for, among other things) - the card selection was decent, but we had a hard time finding something - I think they may be using the same supplier for many of the cards, as many of the ones we read had similar punch lines (which weren't very funny) - normally, I if I went into Spencers for a card, I would pick up 4 or 5 others since I know I'll use them for other people - I didn't see even 1 other card I would get, so that was disappointingHowever, if you are looking for crazy, racy gifts, Spencers has your back - there should be something there to offend anyone! And THATS what I count on Spencers for!”

I purchased the custom 2 suit package. I needed one of them for an upcoming funeral and we had a little hiccup with the delivery date. Suhail, being a man of his word, made it right and went well above and beyond my expectations. They even made a small alteration for me to accommodate a medical device I wear on my body.
