Mercedes Tucson service shop is one of the best among other service shops I've been to. And Shawn is the best advisor. I'm impressed with the clean work space and prompt attention of the service staff. You can see through the large windows how the technicians work on your car.

I couldn't figure out how to change the battery in my key fob. The gentleman at the service counter was fantastic ih under 5 minutes he replaced the batteries in both and fixed the button on one of them. Understand people this thing has secret buttons and sequence to open them and he could probably do it with his eyes closed. He made my day. Thank you!

I have a 2015 C300 which I had serviced by other reputable service companies that saved money. Then I had a issue which made those savings look very little and they were charging me what ended up being 80% more for the fix. Mercedes stepped up with a subsidy along with Chapman Mercedes Benz and did a tremendous job. No more, Chapman will service my car going forward as they go to bat for you. It is worth the little extra and have peace of mind that they will do you right.

We were so impressed with this dealership. Our salesman, Diego Durame, was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the two days of looking at our potential purchase. He provided phenomenal service and was very attentive throughout. Jared in the finance department was also very friendly, efficient, and helpful and nobody pushed us to buy anything we didn't need or want. Would highly recommend.

Bought a new g63 cardinal red bought the paint pertection that was never appñied but they did charge for it now i have water spots on my paint.they are not wanting to repair my paint. Dont recomend buying a car from them

Grateful to our Service Advisor, Lucky, who went above and beyond to help us with an small but important issue. There was a small lost clip that impacted the functionality of the convertible top on our car. Lucky told me to just come by. He figured out what was needed and fixed it right then and there. Talk about exceptional customer service!

As always, excellent service. Lucky, our service advisor was explanatory and professional. He took the time, step by step, to walk us through what was wrong, how they found the problem and how it was corrected. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with how we were taken care!

I took my 2021 GLE 63S in to review the front tires and alignment (18,500Mi) the front tires were showing cord on both outside tread areas. I was told this is inherent with this 4 wheel drive unit and i had experience similar with my 2018 GLE 63 at 13,000 mi. At any rate the tech's inspected the vehicle and recommended I replace all four tires and do an alignment. I agreed and had them proceed with the recommended action. $3K later I was off and running. Service advisor Shawn always excellent, very commutative with updates etc. and the Electric loaner I was given was a surprise and pleasure to drive - however I'm not an electric guy and wouldn't have one but driving a loaner for a week is great way to get customers thinking.

I was please with the service. The reason why I rated them a four is because someone got in my car with a pen in their pocket and left ink on my white leather seat. I'm glad there wasn't serious damage. I suggested to the gentleman that he tell the driver to take the pen out of his pocket and he just ignored me. The older gentleman promptly tried to clean it up but missed some spots and I had to call him back. He wasn't very friendly and he got the spot up and just walked away like I was bothering him.

The entire process of service at this location was very professional. It began with scheduling where they worked with my schedule and got me in as quickly as possible. When I arrived for my appointment, service B, I was told it would be up to four hours; however, after letting my advisor, Lucky, know that I live an hour and a half away he said he would see if they could get it out sooner. I was kept informed of the process every step of the way and was called when something unexpected came up prior to performing the maintenance. I appreciate how Lucky was available and was able to answer my questions expertly. Great job Mercedes - Benz Tucson!!!

We saw a 2024 GLE on line that was available at the dealership, contacted David Dudych whom we knew from a previous purchase, asked details about the vehicle, he gave us price and details via message, we even did numbers with him to see if a trade-in was favorable. I Asked to come in to the dealership on Saturday to close the deal, and for him to have everything ready. We arrived at the dealership and in less than one hour I was driving the car to my house. Speedy and courteous service!. Highly recommended!

Going to Mercedes Benz of Tucson is always such a pleasant experience. I purchased a vehicle from them in the past as well as just recently and salesman Doug Benz helped me both times. His overall attitude, personability, knowledge of the cars, professionalism, is nowhere near any other car salesman I have ever encountered. The overall experience was smooth and quick, unlike other car dealerships. I'm so glad to have had Doug assist me with both purchases, I would not want any other salesman to help me other than him. If you are thinking about purchasing a car from Mercedes Benz, definitely ask for Doug!
