If I could give a negative rating I would! I moved into a brand new home. They caused over $1,000 in damages. Marked up and dented walks, broke my headboard post, dented and scratches up my washer and dryer and they had no packing tape, no bubble wrap. My sectional was dragged across the Uhaul I rented and it is filthy! The workers stood at the truck or sat on the floor and milked the clock. They wasted a ton of time. After damaging my house a couple of my relatives showed up and they ended up working because the movers were just at the truck or their cars. If One guy came in the other 2 were outside. One guy said he needed refreshments. My daughter heard him saying he needed to get drugs! 2 of the 3 guys apologized for the unprofessionalism and damages. The other guy left without saying a word. I looked in my bedroom and the bed was disassembled and left on the floor. Do not use this company! A complete ripoff. They hired guys off Craigslist and one guy said he was hired the night before. I'm still stunned about the damages. I sent the guy Frank pictures and let him know about them sitting around or just out at the truck and wasting most of each hour doing nothing. His response was he could discount the move a little or discount the damages. Horrible service. No one should be subjected to this type of poor service and treatment. There was no discount of hours since there was a lot of non work going on. This company should be closed down.
Since you tried to block me after lying I will add more truth here. I sent you 8 pictures and called you! The men were not professional at all. The black guy was angry and banging things into the wall! He's a drug head and my relatives didn't get in anyone's way! Your guys were outside chilling so my son and nephew started doing the work and got some big items put on. It had NOTHING to do with narrow hallways and I asked them to take my BIG items. Your guys didn't pack ANYTHING for me. They were initially busy taking bags to the truck even after my daughter and I told them twice we would get our own bags! Mostly they stood around and tes Dallas, TX. I received horrible service from your people you hired who knows nothing about moving. Your worker said he had never worked for such a unprofessional company and apologized and the other worker told me I did the right thing taking pictures of all the DAMAGE!

They were honest, reliable, worked hard and did an amazing job. I will use them again and referred them out to others. No one enjoys moving, but they made it not as stressful.

THIS IS THE COMPANY TO HIRE!!!! Yes sirrrrr!!
My parents sold their house and had 12 days to move 30+ years worth of stuff. My dad has a bad him so we just needed some helping hands. What we got were new family members! Ken showed up first for an early walkthrough and calmed all my Mom's fears of getting everything moved! Frank showed up with the truck and was great! Both men were AMAZING!!! Everything got loaded with room to spare and moved to it's destination! It even hailed on us! But they got everything unloaded. Professional, courteous, and exquisite gentleman! Thank you!!!
I got your #, we will be using Merry Men Movers again in the future, believe you me!

Called and asked me to meet an hour earlier than scheduled. We showed up an hour early in 100-degree Texas heat. They did not show up an hour early. Nor at the originally scheduled time. Waited one more hour, and finally canceled. When I did they claimed they were five minutes away. Waiting for a reallllly long freight train. Whatever. Two hours in the broiling heat and then we had to move it all ourselves. Zero merriment from this moving company.

I called and asked if they pack storage units and they said yes and so I made my appointment for the following week @ 9am. That morning they texted saying the worker that was part of the team coming to my house hurt their finger and they had to push me back until 1pm. Ok, fine. At 1246 they texted they're still not done and want to come the next morning, so we agree on 10am. At 1026 they texted they're waiting for the person to come in so they can leave. I'm thinking they were supposed to be here a half an hour ago. By this time I'm highly upset as they are unprofessional. I call at 11am to speak to a supervisor and no one answers so I send a text to the number that texted me telling them I didn't need their service. Never heard back from any of them. Is this a company you would want to hire? HORRIBLE negative stars deserved.

Wish I could review them less than 1 star. Movers never showed up at scheduled time and when we called they said they were short and they were going to find someone to come. Never heard from them again.

I used their service today to go from 1 apartment to another in the same apartnents today and the 2 men that came out was the best I strongly recommend this company to any and everyone..... Prices was straight up no hidden fees they worked none stop.... The last guys I used off Craigslist ripped me off and I had a sour taste about moving companies but merry men is worth every cent.... I wished I remembered their names but you both was great....

WARNING - Wow, absolute terrible experience. Asked them if they had other clients that day, they said no. Confirmed 3 times about our time, frank changed the time 4 times (30 minutes before the move) and made us wait an extra 6 hours at the location to show up. Never ended up showing up, these guys are unprofessional and not worth your time. Go somewhere else
