To be honest I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to leave a review. This is the three time I've came to this location and no one was to be seen and it said they were open. Why even put store hours if your employees can't follow them. Customer service was also vary horrible after waiting an hour after they should have been open. This will be last month with them I'll go anywhere else that can at least open the door when they say they should be open. I do not recommend anyone go to that location on 22nd and alvernon.

I was helped by Alan who was very unprofessional. He also charged me for insurance on my phone that I never asked for. I asked what I was being charged for but he never told me about the insurance. Thankfully customer service removed the insurance and I’m getting a credit on my next bill. Alan lacks integrity and needs more training.

I was so impressed with the customer service. The time and attention I received made me feel valued. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this location which is why I decided to move the whole family over to the plan.

They were of absolutely no help with a problem I was having with mobile data. Could not even contact customer care or service by phone. Been a T metro customer 10yrs but may switch soon.

I recently filed a claim on my phone. I got the phone after paying a $20 deductible. It was not activated. I tried calling customer service but because it was not activated I could not receive the one time pin and of course they can't send it to my email. They tell to take it to a store which I did yesterday 03/04/2024. It was activated but she told me there is a $28.33 device change fee. I told her it should be covered by the insurance claim. She tells me to call customer service which I did this morning on 03/05/2024. But my service had already been suspended. I was on the phone for about 40 minutes trying to get that removed they said I had to take it to the store were it was activated. So now I have my phone Bill on top of that fee. Because the metro store I went is out of my way. And I am on the bus

Walked in and immediately was acknowledged & greeted by two of the customer service reps. Julie was so sweet & patient throughout the whole process, she was able to successfully help me keep my phone number that I have had for years and more! Superb experience at this location. my favorite cellphone carrier. T-Mobile
