Metro by t mobile is terrible. It kept dropping calls or calls would go directly to voice-mail and voice-mail was never received. We went to a different company and have had no problems except the fact that metro would not release our phones that we paid for. We had to buy different phones plus we wanted to sell them in the machine at Walmart and they couldn't take those phones either. Very unfair to their customers. If I could have given them no stars I would have done that cuz we are stuck with 5 phones we cannot do anything with.

Betzaira helped me verify my ID so I could port my number out. When I gave it to the service provider I was informed that the pin is invalid. I tried calling the store and leaving my number but I have yet to receive a call back. If anyone checks this review could you please check the messages and call me back.

The sales guy was great. Even though I brought in my mostly deaf 73 year old father and my two kids who hate making decisions, he was patient and answered my questions and helped us find the best possible plan for our needs (not to mention really FREE phones) without up-selling us at every turn (like certain competitors like Verizon). Also unlike Verizon, I checked my account and my bill is exactly what he said it will be--what we agreed on--instead of going home and finding that the monthly bill is at least $50 more than one expects. I forgot to look at his name, but we are all more than pleased. We were in and out in like 30min.

Phones are expensive no matter where you go, but getting a high-quality phone and having it activated super quick...priceless!! Their employees always know what they are doing!!

Just purchased a new phone yesterday and Zuleika was fabulous. She had a soft gentle nature and had me all set up before I left. She even wrote down my passwords for me to keep safely tucked away for when I undoubtedly forget them again. We've purchased 4 phones in the last week for my family and the customer service has been excellent. Anyone who says they've been treated poorly while visiting this store, needs to look at themselves and maybe reevaluate how THEY treat people first. Be rude-get rude. Just remember the golden rule and if you don't know it, you might just be the problem.

This store is fine, it's employees are the most helpful people at T-Mobile, but the company is a bait and switch machine. Their balance sheet is filled with plan changes that will "be reflected in the next bill" but never are.

I and my 2 sons have visited Metro by T Mobile on Sat 10/24 at 3 pm. Address: 4229 W. Ina Rd, Tucson AZ. I wanted to sign up for $25/mo promo they run recently, for myself and my son. There was only 1 sales associate0 young short girl. I have spent around 20 min clarifying the terms and the price. I have selected a new Motorolla for exchange for my old iPhone, and my son selected a new iPhone to exchange for his old iPhone. The associate told that monthly pmt for Motorolla w/b $25/mo, and monthly payments for iPhone w/b $30/mo. Then I told her that we need to drive home and save our pics/ contacts from old phones to PC, and we will be back in 1 hr. In 1 hr we came back and she "fired" from the entrance that monthly payments for iPhone w/b $60/mo instead of $30/mo. I was shocked because I was expecting the promo price they advertise, which she confirmed 1 HOYR AGO. In a normal tone, I asked how come the price has changed within 1 hr? She immediately raised her voice and "fired" back: "right now!". I asked again "How?" She ran hysterically to the phone stand, without any excuses, swishing her hands and firing back that she just tried to cell the same iPhone phone to another customer, and was not able to sell for $30/mo, because the system would not let her. I silently walked the boys back to the car without saying anything, because she was very aggressive. I returned in 1 min and quietly asked her contact number for her manager. She hysterically ran out from her desk and started yelling at me right in front of my face. She screamed once again that the price has changed, and every time I tried to ask her a question she yelled that I have a very bad accent, "reminded" me that I am a foreigner, and demanded me to "leave her store immediately" otherwise she will "call the cops". FYI: I live in the United States for yrs, I am a US citizen, I have 2 BA degrees, and work as a controller. NOONE EVER acted more racist and aggressive towards me as this person. I am shocked not the way they sell phones or educate their employees, - I am shocked they hire and retain employees who treat customers in such a racist and aggressive manner. SHOCK. i am asking management to follow upon this outrageous behaviour, the store has a camera-WATCH
