Was at the store today to switch to a new phone. The person who helped me Daniel gave the absolute best customer service I have ever had at metro. The new phone was having problems connecting to there network well he went above and beyond to help me to get it to work. At the same time he was helping me he was also helping two other people and he did not miss a beat. He was very professional and had a great attitude at the end of the day he got my phone to work. So I highly recommend that if you need help at metro come see Daniel at this location you will not regret it. Thank you Daniel for helping me today.

I went into the MetroPCS at Broadway and Kolb to get assistance with a phone. so I was the only one in there, other than a couple people coming in to pay their bill . updating the phone that I'm trying to get service with so then he said let me know when that's done . so he decided to make a phone call for his crew and do a sales meeting okay ? Not saying anything to me he had just took the phone out of my hands and called his workers and started having a sales meeting . so the phone was updated and he took the phone and just continued with his sales call with his workers . so I simply stated are you going to help me or not? But this was after 4 minutes of listening to his sales call this wasn't immediately. he got angry and told me I was being rude . I said well if you would have said something to me ? and he said I don't have to say anything to you ! and so you need to just leave! I'm no longer going to try and help you because you're rude ! he didn't even take the little SIM card that he put in the phone I'm trying to get working out of the phone! he told me to get on out of there thanks for being rude! That I would just have to go find some other place to help me. that's how Metro treats their customers. he decided to have a sales meeting instead of helping me, and when I asked him was he going to be able to help me, he said I was being rude and kicked me out of the store. I was the only person in the store. so how is it that Metro doesn't believe they need to treat any customer with any respect or any assistance or anything? I went in the store right when they opened at 10:00 a.m.. but they'll gladly take your money every month, but if you go into a place to pay your bill they charge you $5 extra. I wasn't in there to pay my bill . I pay my bill on time every month. I was in there to get help with the phone. .

SERVICE WASN'T GOOD AT ALL AFTER THE INITIAL SIGN-UP. SIGNED UP FOR AUTO-PAY AND PHONE SERVICE WAS TURNED OFF FOR NON-PAYMENT AFTER THAT, AND THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO COVER IT. VERY POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND.

When I purchased a charging cord for my phone at another location I was advised that I could return at any Metro by T-Mobile. I am within 14 days of return, so I went in to return at this location. I was told by the gentleman with no name tag on telling me I had 14 days and I could only return to the same company. Well Hello, I am at the same company! It does not say anywhere on the receipt that I have to return to the same store.What if I was from out of town, and was not going to be home within that time frame? I would be out of luck. Other locations take returns this gentleman said no.The thing that did not make since I was on a side of town that I do not go to but once a year. it is 38 miles away. Why should I have to go back to this store and return something? This does not make any sense whatsoever. You are the same company!!! Take the return back.

I want to acknowledge the extraordinary customer service i received from Az & Ernie at the Broadway location. I'd been trying to get set up on the ACP since April & Az was able to get it done for me today. Then Ernie helped me with getting my phone swapped out due to a problem i've been having for weeks. Each man went the extra mile, to include getting me a chair to sit, as i can't stand for long due to a back issue. I also noticed how good Bridget was with her customer. Really good & knowledgeable people at this location.

The sales people try and talk you out of the phone you want, and work hard to sell you junk phones. While the price is similar or maybe even a little cheaper, the quality of the phone is horrendous. 5 lines on my plan, upgraded to a new phone because the one I bought 2 years ago now no longer is being "updated". I got sold a garbage phone that loses signal at least 5 times a day. The weird thing is, it seems like it happens around the same times each day, but no other lines on my plan are affected. Only this one drops signal at like 7am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm, and 7pm every day. But, according to the salesperson, this is the hot new phone that everyone was buying, and that they were even saving up to buy one.
