The young man Anthony who works there is very rude . I tried to return a phone after only 4 days and he couldn’t help me he made me be out to be a rude person all because I wanted my money back today. He said the phone was scratched and It’s not. I called the 1800 customer service number and asked if anyone of the sales people can help and they said yes. Anthony told me it had to be the other person who helped me. I am so upset over how I was treated. All I wanted to do was get my money for the phone that I don’t need. The customer service person stated I am entitled to have a return . Little Anthony had his ear bud in as well which I think is very unprofessional as I’m an X-ray tech and believe strongly in customer service .Went back the same day when I was told the manager Antony would be there. They laughed at me and said the phone-was scratched made me feel awful s and I didn’t think it was scratched now I’m out of money and have a phone I don’t need

Listen to me y'all, I had to get a "insurance claims phone" and it wasn't reading the sim card, tried for a while to trouble shoot and research, finally I called the store hella close to closing time, they asked if I can come in and so I did. Let me tell y'all, no better customer service anywhere, PHIL, YOU ARE THE REAL MVP! Phil had my phone up and going in no time, made phone calls and GOT IT DONEEE! Phil if u read this thank you again honestly employee of the year right there. Phil would have probably saved my child's life, been the best God parent, and would have saved Jack from the titanic. I recommend this store and it's employees. Again Phil your the best!

I have been into this store twice to get my intermittent connectivity issues corrected. Both times, I was told I needed a new phone (my phone has a semi-cracked screen, but has been working fine until the past month). I do not want a new phone, just a working phone (my phone is only 8 months old). The clerk (a young, brunette, bespectacled man) turned my phone off, then back on the first time. The second time he removed my SIM card and then claimed he was troubleshooting. His solution both times was to buy a new phone. When I did agree to a new phone, he said it would be $69.95 and he would "throw in a case and a screen saver". When my total came to $123, my husband questioned the charges. The clerk told him that when he said he would "throw in a case and a screen saver" he meant give us a discount. My husband said "We are not spending any money here." We left, went to a different Metro-PCS store (S. Craycroft in Tucson, AZ). Amazingly, the lovely manager at that store did not even try to sell us a new phone, she did a network reset and VOILA! Problem solved. If you are looking to be sold a new phone as a solution to your connectivity issues, by all means go to the Metro-PCS at Kolb and Broadway. But if you a looking for a fix for connectivity issues, go to a Metro-PCS store where the employees know what they are doing, and are not just glorified salesmen.

Alma lacsiram adds on extra payments without telling you so she can get extra money and when you ask her why your bill is higher then what she said she acts like she doesn't know.... never trust this metro!!!

The experience has been greatgreat. The service staff exceptional. Not being tech savy they have walked me thru very patiently all if my problems.My phone is rapidly becoming my phone. And i think they have taught me something each visit.I am impressed.Thank you Crystal, anthony,Valerie and 1 other gal whose name name slips my mind.
