I was there on Thursday or Friday but I was helped by a girl named April she was extremely helpful with me she was trying to help me with my phone because it wasn't working right and I ended up buying two phones since I had my phones since 2018 they were pretty old and my husband's phone was bad anyways but she was extremely helpful with everything I needed I can't say enough about her she was very respectful helpful and patient. She was an extremely nice girl with lot of patience and respect and had very good customer service I just can't say enough about her I rate her 110% or even above.

Anna was so rude! Tried to scam me and over charge me to make her sale! Then when I caught on that she was over charging me I told her never mind I wanted another phone she said it was too late because she had already activated it and if I didnt take the phone I would lose the upgrade she said after 5 min of being there. Very loud, rude, condescending, arrogant, not professional and straight hood rat. The only time I will be back is to talk to the owner who would be better off with out trash like that working for him...

The absolute worse in-store customer service in my lifetime. Inconsistent information given. Staff cares more about online surveys then meeting the customers needs. The coverage service is horrible in Tucson and in Southern California. I've been a loyal and patient customer since 2017 until a manager raised his voice in the store at me with other customers in the store. I finally lost my patients. The 611 people were helpful 99%. However, one agent said to me after 3 different device failures, "maybe T-Mobile just isn't for you." That's not customers service. Switched to Verizon and all of my coverage issues disappeared. They also had the phone I wanted the same day. There was no back order, credit hold to deal with.

I have had the best customer service ever experienced here at this location. Dre has definitely went above and beyond for me every single time I have walked through the doors. I am always taken care of, all of my questions are answered, and he gives his business card if you have any questions come up in the future if he is not working that day. Buying a new phone was such an easy and stress free process. He even threw in a phone case and screen protector for little to no cost. I had some issues with previous purchases in the past and he reassured me of the charges and gained my trust. Recently I ran into a problem since my old phone was carrier locked. I came into the store for a second time. Normally they tell you to call T-Mobile and handle it yourself but he actually made the phone call for me, waived the fees, and unlocked it successfully. He went above and beyond for me and for my brother who was over seas receiving the phone. I could not thank Dre enough for his kind efforts and amazing work ethic. Somebody please give him a raise. He is awesome!! I will always refer my family and friends to Dre. Also anyone who reads this ask for Dre!

The store was by far the best one has gone to I had purchased my phone on Saturday from a different Metro and the associate had put the screen protector on wrong I had gone back to that same store and they told me they couldn't do anything for me but give me $5 off this store had taking care of me they gave me a killer deal on a speaker with them screen protector for free they were super nice and I recommend going to this one if you live on the Southwest side

Worst customer service ever and from what his employees were saying this isnt the owners first failed store. If i could give no stars i would very pushy on upselling , very rushed and felt i made a bad choice and they would have tried to talk me out of every cent i had . Is this what it will be like when i pay my bill at other locations because i will switch now its worth it .

By far the worst customer service ever! I called various times to speak to the manager apparently they have an immature person answering the phone cause they kept hanging up on me, they left the phone on and i was speaking to myself and they couldn't hear me while they had the music blast in the back. They gave me the assistant managers name who is lily but she wasn't available. My cousins also tried to get a phone after we switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and the guy said we had to wait 30 days when he just wants to get paid for that! Not happening! You don't have to wait 30 days to get a new phone after switching over to T-Mobile, they only want to get credit! Well this location has by far the worst customer service! I already called corporate and complained about them. So hopefully they can do something about these childish kids that work there! I'm hoping to get in contact with their manager, cause this is just looking really bad for t-mobile itself!
