I want to say that Michael Rubin and his team at Fairway Mortgage are the absolute best they worked with me on my deal that closed January 17, 2024 they worked relentlessly. I didn’t have the easiest loan in my opinion and they never gave up they were creative in ways. I’d never imagine that a team could be in order to get me my first home in Tucson Arizona. I am so appreciative of them, I will refer them and I will encourage anybody to use Michael Rubin at Fairway Mortgage and his team. They are absolutely the best. Michael Rubin and his team at Fairway Mortgage were just amazing! Communication at all levels was 5 star. Michael personally contacted me at the beginning of the loan process, several times throughout and even after closing. He and his team of professionals were always timely and friendly with their responses to me. I never had any feelings of being just a number to them. I felt like a valued client the entire time. Amazing experience all around. I am a first time buyer, Michael and his team were very clear in their communication about the process and throughout the process. They are the only lender that would provide me detailed reports of the numbers in the home buying process, most others just wanted to give a bunch of numbers over the phone whereas Fairway provided me links with various finance options. They are very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly and politely. Would definitely go through the mortgage process with Michael and his team again!
