My dog loves this place. My only concern is that restrooms aren't closer to dog park.

A lot of dogs, some are a bit frisky. It's a decent experience just have to keep an eye on your little ones.

We have tried it a few times with a non aggressive dog. Because of several situations that arose. We won't be back.

I like that the park is split, big dogs (+30 lbs) to the left and little dogs (-30 lbs) to the right. They are closed for cleaning on Wednesday, 10am - Noon. They also put out fresh, clean tennis balls every week.It is up to the pet people to keep an eye on their dogs and be a responsible parent. Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave. This is a safe place to let the dogs be dogs. My dogs LOVE this park so much, they start getting excited as soon as I turn off Country Club. There is plenty of shade, plenty of scoops and trash cans. Please clean up after your dog. There is a water fountain for the dogs so no one goes thirsty. There is very little grass and a whole lot of dirt. So wait until after the park to give your dog a bath.Make sure your dog is up to date on their shots, especially Bordetella.Dog-friendliness: It's all about the dogs!

Great dog park. Been coming here for years. Unfortunately there is a woman who is there nearly every weekend morning who brings two aggressive German shepherds. They have attacked my dog unprovoked twice, I have witnessed them attack other dogs just for walking near them. The woman explained that once they assert dominance and get it out of their system they are usually fine. She couldn’t care less about other dogs being attacked. Watch out if she is there especially if you have a younger dog.

Great, well maintained dog park. Centrally located, so you get a wide variety of pets. Actually, the pets owners seem to be as friendly as the animals. Lots of owners have been attending for years.

Lighted and always safe at night. I can only speak for the late night visitors (~7:30-10pm), but for the most part people only bring friendly dogs that play well with others. PLENTY of room to toss a ball or frisbee around with your doggo.

In general this is a nice dog park with areas for small and large dogs. And it's within Reid Park which is also nice for walking dogsDog-friendliness: It's a dog park so it should be dog friendly

Besides it being a bit dirty… it was a good dog park for my mini golden doodle

Heavily used dog park, the urine stench at the gate is overwhelming. The larger dog enclosure is pretty barren (very little cover except for the large gazebo in the center, and it's all bare dirt/gravel. The small dog enclosure is better, with some trees and a patch of grass. On the plus side, this is on the edge of Randolph Park, so there is a lot to explore if you want to walk around... in fact, my dog goes nuts from the smells emanating from the zoo :)

I’m trying to get my dog socialized and other parks we’d been to hardly had any other dogs. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive one evening to see plenty of dogs! My little bean is always the tiniest boy, so he was a little overwhelmed at first but I’m hoping with regular visits he’ll get more comfortable. All the dogs were well behaved and their owners were checking in on their pups which made me feel more comfortable things would stay peaceful.
