Reviewers consistently praise the excellent quality of the car wash and the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. The employees are described as super friendly, courteous, and professional, going above and beyond to assist customers. One reviewer was particularly impressed by the attentive service of an employee named Abdul, who took the time to engage in conversation and even helped with stubborn dirt on the car.
While the majority of experiences are positive, a few customers have encountered minor issues, such as a lack of clear signage, incomplete drying, and the absence of a hand wax service. However, these seem to be isolated incidents, and overall, Mister Car Wash is highly regarded for its reliable and satisfying car wash services.
Patrick, Mason and Kevin did an excellent job with great attention to detail. Worked hard to clean the dog hair out of the truck after a trip to the lake. Thank you!

Tipped ahead. Didn't clean the center strip of the windshield on a small car. Tires weren't great but yet expensive. Cannot find a good full detail wash...
